The results produced where not better than the results created with other AI Tools with standard prompts.

The biggest problem, however, was the translation into German. There was a mix of Du, Ihr and Sie in the post. The wording was also very clumsy and the correction effort is correspondingly high. The translation is labelled as beta, but none of the tools I normally use have been this bad. So Supercopy is currently not a recommendation for me for users from Germany or those who want to use it for the German market.

Please note that this part is not a review of the product but the overall support.
It was slow, and I mean very slow, days between reactions. Support via email was not responsive at all. If you need help I suggest to go to the Chat widget.

I hate it. It just keeps sending me in circles and asking for more money even though I bought the lifetime deal.

Easy to use, with a dedicated usecase. Very nice one, with a great team in background. Really like it.

This definitely takes a different approach from a lot of the AI marketing tools out there by focusing on personas. By setting up your personas to incorporate your target audience characteristics and building your marketing materials, social posts, etc. around that aspect, you can really fine-tune your output for that target audience. Conversely, you can create your own persona for your business to further customize your output to make it your own. There are a lot of included tools to refine your output.

In a big plus for me, technical support is very responsive. That is always a positive, especially when you are just setting up to use these new tools you may not be familiar with.

Its great that you can include your personas into so many different outputs. I understand that many of you could do this with chatgpt, but Supercopy makes it way simpler. I am really excited to see them improve the product.

The output is 100% immediately clear that it is written by AI

I found this an insightful and clever product. It's different from all the other 'text massage' AI products. I particularly like the audience personas it creates. (I haven't checked the product personas yet). Like some other users, I'm less pleased about the limit imposed on the number of personas that one is allowed (I bought the tier 2 product).

I loved the results from SuperCopy. You can can create several outputs at once and select the best version to share.

There are Pros and a Few Cons Though.

I have become really cautious with my purchases on AppSumo and I try not to get too excited as it is seldom that I get to be amazed these days. Well, after reading the reviews I decided to try Tier 1 on SuperCopy and - WOW! It took me three minutes to fall in love and be convinced. The personas SuperCopy created really quickly were just as witty, insightful and clear as I wanted them to be - and more. It took me three more minutes to upgrade to Tier 2. Thank you for a great and creative tool!

I've been searching for a product like SuperCopy. As a small business owner, I'm forced too wear too many hats. But SuperCopy has lifted some a that burden.

I have had Supercopy for a while and it is great. Does a fantastic job and I highly recommend it BUT and this is a big one....they only let you log in by sending you a code...but the fun part is, it almost never sends the code. So, if you are like me, and leave stuff to the last minute, you might noe be able to log into your account...unless the wind is right or the planets are aligned.

I bought it over a year ago and have been denied a log in code probably 20 times. It just never comes. And it never gets fixed. I tried to log in about 10 minutes ago, 3 times, and guess what, I have no log in code. It is not in spam, it is not in the trash, it is nowhere. You can ask for a resend...and guess what, nothing happens.

I just tried again....nothing came. So buyer beware. When it works, it is awesome but is it almost 2am, so it is not a traffic problem....and I simply can't log in.

This tool is exactly what I was looking for. As a big advocate for the collaboration between human intelligence (HI) and artificial intelligence (AI), I believe this tool strikes a perfect balance. At no point did I feel the human element was missing—it’s seamlessly integrated throughout. Overall, it’s a great product, especially if you value that kind of synergy. This is a keeper.
