I have only just now purchased the product and installed the code on my website so I don't have any data just yet, but everything so far has been very simple to do. I love the idea of the hotmaps. My wife and I have our website and sell digital cookbooks so it will be extremely helpful to see where my customers are looking and clicking on my website. This will help us to tailor the message and layout to improve conversions. This is the first product of this kind that I have seen so I'm excited to see what it shows.

The dashboard is simple and intuitive. I'm not a fan, like most people, of complicated user interfaces. The code was easy to place in the header of my site's pages. I just cut and pasted the pre-made code.

So far, so good!

I use frecuento y hotjar and Truconversion is better for me. Good job

With all the complicated conversion optimisation software out there its great to find a tool that is powerful yet simple to use. I tested it out on one of my sites first and was very impressed. I am going to use this on the rest of my sites and my clients sites. I especially love the forms feature.

Solid 4 star product since it's very limited for 1 or 2 code stack user due to a lot of function is for code 3+ above to get the javascript trigger and other customizable trigger function.
In addition, when I first set up it took me awhile to receive result, and when I got result I don't see anything from my heatmap, which lead me to question about the tracking and thought I have to re-install the javascript code.
recording also doesn't seem to track fully, I tried my Macbook, and my android device accessing the site, but only my android device was being track and not my Macbook.
I wasn't able to access heatmap result from other browser like Arc, but I was able to access it in Chrome.

Overall, it's a solid product, just not smooth UI/UX from my perspective.

I've been looking for a suitable and less costly alternative to Smartlook which contains amazing tools to track funnels and conversion rates. I'd not found one until now. We tried MS Clarity but it's really not good .. even just at recording videos. Hotjar has been OK for recordings, but nothing else. This has been perfect for us!

I bought this tool and have to say that it really helps to get some insights about my homepage i didnt had before. The installation is very easy and its working total fine. Can really recommend it.

I am a new user of TruConversion so I haven't deep dove into it yet... but I can definitely feel how useful it will be for my company. 🥳
Although I found there was a bit of a learning curve for me, I started getting great data from what I set up.
I like the granular aggregation options, and I really appreciate that I don't have to use the various Google platforms to get up-to-date information on daily visitors. 🤓
I have to admit that I will not use TruConversion to its full capacity - some of its options are beyond my current understanding 🤷‍♂️ - but it will be a powerful tool in my online arsenal.
