Hoping for future customization, but Varolio already excels in streamlining some of my email processes today

I recently purchased a license from Varolio.io, and I must say, it has been a truly outstanding experience! The customer support is top-notch; they are incredibly responsive and helpful. They guided me through the entire process of setting up a workflow, ensuring I could maximize the use of the platform.

While it's true that the platform is still in beta and has some bugs, the team is impressively quick to address any issues. I had a problem that was resolved within just a week! Their commitment to improving the product is clear and very reassuring.

One of the most impressive features of Varolio.io is its AI capabilities. It handles email responses for my business, and the results are astonishing. The AI responses are so well-crafted; they seem even better than those I could write myself! It’s not only accurate but seems to understand prompts far better than other AI tools I've tried, including ChatGPT-4.

Overall, Varolio.io offers more than I initially expected. It's a powerful tool that, once fully polished, will undoubtedly be an essential asset for any business. I'm excited to see where this goes as they continue to refine their technology!

I'm obsessed with productivity apps, even though many of them end up being more of a waste of time than a time saver. Varolio is an exception.
The app's tagging feature is fantastic. It automatically sorts incoming emails into categories like 'Work', 'Personal', 'Urgent', etc – you can create any tag that works for you.. This isn't just based on keywords, but thanks to AI the app seems to understand context - It's like having a little virtual assistant who organises your inbox while you dedicate time to more useful tasks.
The app can write replies instantly based on the email content. For example, it can send a polite 'I'll get back to you soon' message if it detects a question or a request.
The interface is simple and easy to use. You can start using it right away without needing a manual.
I hope it comes back to Appsumo, so I can upgrade to a higher tier.

Don't miss out on this tool—it has great potential and already has great features to help keep the information we manage through email under control. I like the workflows that can be set per label. I also like having drafts prepared for me as soon as a labeled contact's email hits the inbox. I'm looking forward to seeing this tool grow!

Powerful initial idea which saves a lot of work for the purpose, notice they are using AppSumo campaign to polish and add new features onto de roadmap, to build an incredible email assistant. For me it’s a deal to invest now or regret missing tomorrow.

It fails too much. It's a shame, because this software (if it worked well) would be great. Although the idea behind this is great, I don't think I'll stick with it for the following reasons:

- AI drafts don't interpret who is speaking in concatenated emails (it sounds like I'm a crazy person talking about a totally different topic. Sometimes they respond to myself).
- Failures in sending emails. You have to go back to the main email.
- I speak Spanish... and when I request the use of AI, in most cases the emails created are in English.
-Anyway... and in addition to several bugs, random enails, an environment so easy to use, apparently, that it is difficult. It's not intuitive.

Ouch! Varolio was promising but at this point I see it too much in beta phase, so it is very likely that I will request a refund.

I've stil not tested all the features for now but the main advantage for me is the possibility to combine all my emails boxes to Variolo and filter accurately all the emails as i need. What would be great is also filter email by documents. If you want to save a lot of time this is the must have!
The features not available at this tme i would love:
SMTP , POP3, IMAP integrations (I have other email providers to sort) Mobile app, French translation and Pcloud to store our attachments. It's new be there is much of potential here!
