Email marketing and automation in one place
I bought Zagomail thinking it could be a solid Mailchimp or MailerLite alternative. At first, it looked great — nice templates, clean interface, everything seemed really promising. I was so very close to upgrading to Tier 3...
But once I tried setting up my domain, things started going wrong. I figured maybe I’d messed something up, but after checking the newer reviews, I realised it wasn’t just me. The same issues keep coming up — broken features, setup problems, and in some cases, people saying the platform’s not even operational anymore. When I visit the website, all I get is an empty white page.
I suspect it was already on its last legs when I bought my code. The early reviews were glowing, but the newer ones - not so much. I should have listened to those reviews, given up sooner, and requested a refund - but I stuck with it and then left it too long.
This purchase has been a real shame, because I’ve had a great run with AppSumo overall — this has just been one of those rare letdowns.
Most of the AppSumo Subscriptions turn out to be scams. They close the project after a certain years. Had great expectations for this product. No More App SUmo Purchases. We need refund
Regrettable, yet another scam on APPSUMO members. He died without a wake, and I feel cheated. I lost my entire email list.
APSUMO GENTLEMEN, WHAT DO YOU SAY ABOUT THIS?
I Have tried accessing the platform from multiple places and it's no longer available. I need to get my data in order to move forward with other solution and is not possible. I contacted with Michael (support team) no answer.

I have been a member of this platform for some time and this deal here would have to be one of the most dishonest deals I have seen in a while on the level of sessions. For those of us who bought the deal, we were receiving constant harassment from this company to go on their "plans" even up to June 2025. So they were effectively collecting revenue from people offering tiers up to this time. Now everything is dark and support is not answering anyone and I am beginning to think that I have been scammed. There seems to be no integrity anymore with these developers. At least send your customers some kind of notice or warning that their service would be interrupted. If you do not have this much respect but you are still sending them promotional emails then you are objectively dishonest and a bad actor.
and of course we are now past the point where Appsumo will make good on the loss to its members. Guys if you are reading this, some form of accountability should be instituted for these companies who are literally scamming people online with a long game strategy. I wish this was isolated but so far we have had Sessions, Airdeck and now this deal behaving exactly the some way. Honestly this is nuts.
The application has been down for a few days with no word from the Zagomail team on when it will be up or if it's gobe forever. I hate to leave a bad review because the application, when running, works for what I need it for and it integrates with my other applications but this is not very reliable service.
I've sent emails, left messages on their social, all to no response. This tells me that they may have abandoned the project altogether. If so, I'd like to know that too so I can move on to a more reliable product.
It was a great service with great functionality, but their servers have been down, at least since September 2025.
The service can't be accessed and returns "Timed Out" error responses from CloudFlare.
There has been no communication from ZagoMail, so it's possible that they have failed.
First of all: mail was sending in random time, even if they will be planned for specific hour. If e-mail was sent, they often get to spam... In other tools, it's doesn't.
But.. from few weeks, I can't even log in.
Website down, app domain down. At least have the decency to tell your supporters that the app is no longer available.
buttons don't look like buttons, the templates look like they were designed in the 90s, and worst of all there is no support, and no ability to send emails.
