Email marketing and automation in one place
I paid for it but couldn't log in at all even after creating a ticket with their help desk.
I purchased this and didn't use it much. Tested it as soon as I bought it, and it worked great, so, I intended to use it for a specific purpose over the SAAS I'm still using for my newsletters.
This week, I logged in to get my newest project set up, and the emails don't send. . .well, it's hit and miss. I scheduled a test email. It arrived fine. However, the automated "welcome" email to initial list subscribers never sends. There's no rhyme or reason.
The KB no longer exists.
Tech support doesn't respond. It's been two days.
Interestingly, it's been only a month since I received an email blast from them with an "upgrade to lifetime plan" plea. If they were/are having a temporary issue, then why not email customers to let us know their working on it. I'd rather see that in my inbox than a bump offer. Sad, because I really was impressed, initially. Now, I say stay away; stay far, far away.
this is very bad for us who bought this deal and for appsumo , because I am now very skeptical about buying deals if I dont have at least two year guarantee. and the bad thing is that they are still online and you can login but you cannot import a list or add new user. this is very frustrating.

I'm thinking this was a bit of a pump-and-dump scheme. The only communications I get are automated emails trying to upsell to a higher tier of lifetime deal.

There is no support, emails aren't sent, and you have to fill out a confirmation form before every campaign. I bought it two years ago and kept it, so I can't get a refund.
I upgraded so I could offer this as a service, but getting clients with LEGITIMATE lists imported is impossible. Support takes weeks to get back to anyone if they respond at all. Micheal on support shows active 2 days ago but still hasn't responded to a question from March.
Sending wise its mediocre. Not as good as other mail providers and the agency aspect is useless because they never approve imports.
Save your money - utterly regret buying this pile of dung and upgrading but now outside refund window.
The UI is really attractive! 🌟 But honestly, the functionality and customer support are terrific, and have left me feeling disappointed. 😕
These guys have great lessons to learn what it means to run a professional software product. Although sending mails might work partly from the platform, their support is terrible if something does not work properly, causing all our customers to move away from Zagomail. Really wish things went different.
Several weeks waiting for assistance when I couldn't access to my brand new account. So, bye-bye it doesn't give me confidence.
Absolutely non-existent technical service.
They do not respond to any request, nor any mail. Then no campaign can be sent as it requires your approval.
Time to look for alternatives trying not to lose money again.
More than 15 days trying to connect, sent generic mail to the founders, dozens of messages and no response.
Dopo un mese dall'acquisto di Zagomail, sono davvero delusa dal servizio clienti. So configurare la piattaforma da sola e ho seguito tutti i passaggi correttamente, ma c’è chiaramente un bug o un problema tecnico che senza il loro intervento non posso risolvere.
Questo errore mi impedisce di completare due operazioni fondamentali:
Integrazione con WooCommerce – Ho impostato tutto nel modo corretto, ma qualcosa non funziona e senza il loro aiuto non posso risolvere il problema.
Importazione dei contatti – Ho trasferito i miei contatti dal mio precedente provider di newsletter, ma senza il loro supporto non posso completarne la conferma, rendendo inutilizzabile il servizio.
Il vero problema è che, dopo un mese, non sono ancora riuscita a ricevere una risposta dall’assistenza. È inaccettabile per una piattaforma di email marketing non fornire alcun supporto ai clienti, soprattutto quando si tratta di problemi tecnici che bloccano l’operatività .
Sono molto dispiaciuta e mi darò ancora questa settimana per vedere se risponderanno e mi aiuteranno a risolvere la situazione. In caso contrario, sarò costretta a chiedere il rimborso.
Spero che questa recensione possa essere utile ad altri utenti e che il team di Zagomail prenda seriamente la questione per migliorare il servizio.
