Had high hopes because of the really really positive promotion here on appsumo. Appsumo feels or felt like a trust worthy business.. Still glad to be supporting the lifestyle of Noah Kagan, because everyone deserves to be rich, happy and healthy.

#some parts of the Form editor are just not readable. Weird logic is used to filll these forms. If i look at the id numbers of the forms, there is not much use of this product by others..

This looked to be promising. It is not. The support is virtually non existent. Trying to use this on a simple WordPress website seems not doable. I am not at all domain savvy but manage to get most products working eventually. It comes down to being offered a little friendly and quick support. Neither is available from this product. I keep getting offers to further upgrade to the lifetime offers. What a lifetime of poor products. No thanks. At this stage it is time to cut my losses and go to a proper service with support. If I could have given negative tacos I would. My suggestion is to avoid like the plague.
I bought T2 and had very high expectations.
Unfortunately, the embed form feature is not working. I have installed the WordPress plugin and linked it with Zagomail.
The shortcode is not working, and there is no other way to integrate the WordPress website with Zagomail. The HTML code is not available; therefore, having Javascript code is useless if HTML code is not available.
Very disappointed.
The software is good, nothing revolutionary but has all the main features you may need.
The great problem is the support, that's actually non-existent. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for an answer to a major issue I'm facing on the landing page builder and no one has replied until now.
It's not possible that a service like this leaves the customers alone, this is making me unable to get new clients to my service due to a problem that's not my fault.
Will consider migrating to another service.
There is a massive lack of integrations and terrible support, which is incredibly slow and, frankly, not helpful at all. I’ve been waiting for over a week without any response.
RSS campaigns don’t work, and woo-commerce integrations are also non-functional. The drag-and-drop editors are laggy and overly basic. I sincerely hope they improve soon, or I’ll be forced to switch providers again—which is a pain. 😣
If you're serious about email marketing, think twice.
I subscribed to Zago Tier3 and I really don't regret it.
As well as being a multifunctional and very intuitive tool, the customer service is absolutely brilliant! A special mention for the UI and UX design of the site, which adds another pleasant dimension to the product experience. A big thank you and 5 tacos to the whole technical team for developing this tool, which I'm sure will be in my TOP 5 Lifetime Deals!
#1, support is slooooowwww, so good luck in getting a response and solving your issue quickly. #2 the emails won't send inmediately, sometimes we receive them after a couple of days, RIDICULOUS. I fell in love with the interface, but the main functionality is a big dissapointment.
I wish I had tested this software out during the return window, because I'm dead-set on finding something else.
On the surface, it definitely looks like a viable replacement for some of the email campaign and automation softwares out there, but there are some things that simply don't work, and surprises along the way:
- Sending email verification message does not arrive, and without it, no sending, so you MUST go to support, they will generate a verification link manually (they don't fix the issue, but you do get a link to click).
- Support chat says they reply in "under a minute" - that's a complete fabrication - you'll be lucky to get a reply in 24 hours. You might have to chase them for a few days. I think they are probably a one-person team.
- When designing campaigns, nothing is saved to browser or background saved so if you walk away and come back, you risk losing all your work (I lost 8 hours of work on a campaign).
- Before sending your first campaign, they force you to "verify" again, with a button sending you to an external survey software and requesting an intrusive amount of personal and business information from where your contacts come from, business size, down to screen shots from your old email software with delivery and open rates - this looks suspiciously like data gathering for resale. Also, no other email service requires this. If you don't have access to this data, you have to go to their LEGENDARY support /s.
The only thing that Zagomail does reliably is send me license upgrade offers weekly...

No response on support & constant spam of upsell for lifetime emails & popups.
These guys only provided support and promises as long as the deal was running. As soon as it was gone all we are getting is an endless supply of upsell emails and non existing support. We are stuck trying to sync all our Customer profiles from Shopify and the app can't do it unless there is a logged order under each profile. This is annoying because once cannot sync newsletter signups to Zagomail because of this. For 2 months we have been trying to discuss this with Michael in ZagoMail support, and he never comes around with anything concrete. It's a constant stream of stalling and reminding him to follow up. We have gotten in touch with Appsumo to file a dispute about this offering. Apparently 2x max tiers do not even earn you proper communication from these guys. Guys if you reading this, how about getting back to us eh?
I recommend reaching out to suppurt via email. But other than that they fixed my issue. The platform is a little advance when starting out but that just means more customization when you learn to use it.
