Acumbamail

I have been hearing about this tool for a while now and was super excited when I saw it on AppSumo this week. Acumbamail packs a punch with email campaigns, SMS marketing, landing pages, and surveys/forms—all in one platform. I've used some similar tools, VBout comes to mind, similar but some interesting differences and less cluttered. I love that all features are included with all plans; the only limits are based on email sends, with the lowest plan at 20K per month.

Set up was a breeze, they make it super easy to set up your email accounts, custom domain for links and even help with DKIM and DMARC set up which is crucial in today's email sending landscape. You can import contacts via lists with CSV files and even Google Sheets and many other integrations available with webhooks and API's. Was super happy to find out I could connect it with ActivePieces. They have over 800 templates for all use cases and setting up my first campaign was a breeze. Oh and my first email campaign got suspended- BUT THATS A GOOD THING. I uploaded the wrong list, one that I hadn't verified yet, and after a bunch of bounced emails they stopped the campaign to preserve my sending reputation. I was glad because in my excitement to get off my first campaign, I uploaded the wrong list and Acumbamail had my back- vale!

What Could Be Better
🔹 UI/UX could use a refresh
🔹 Some Templates feel a bit dated
🔹 Occasional translation quirks- This one doesn't bother me. As a Boricua I appreciate the occasional Spanglish. I found it funny that they call Campaigns "Bells". And I know it's because they were saying Campagna (campaigns) which sounds just like "campana"(Spanish for Bell).
