Acumbamail

This is my second purchase of the product, and I appreciate some of its unique features. However, I refunded my first purchase due to missing agency and white label elements that prevent it from being a true white label solution for agencies. I often find it puzzling that, after so many years in the industry, Spanish still appears in English templates. Additionally, the support can be lacking, as their responses often feel incomplete.

I may consider refunding my second purchase if my questions remain unanswered. Here are my concerns:

The favicon displayed in the tab should have been resolved from the start as a white label feature.
The Accumbamail name appearing in the form code is an issue. They could learn from AnyChat (a great Appsumo LTD purchase), which allows for proper white labeling in their code.
The language inconsistency.
The need for different logos for the login and dashboard, along with optional dark/light mode versions.
Aside from these issues, the product itself is decent, and I may update my rating if I see progress on these points.
