I've been using Agiled with high hopes that it would streamline operations for my business, but unfortunately, it's been a bit of a bumpy ride. As an Operations Executive, efficiency is key, and the current state of this app poses several challenges.
Integration Challenges - Integrating Agiled into my business processes has been more difficult than anticipated. The system has several kinks, and some functionalities just aren't there. It's frustrating to frequently halt my workflow to create support tickets for features that should be operational.
Support Delays - One of the major bottlenecks is the delay in customer support responses. While I understand that the team is likely overwhelmed, waiting days for a response to something that should ideally take 15 minutes is disheartening. When support does get back to you, the tone isn't the most supportive, which adds to the frustration.
Potential for Improvement - I truly want to support this business and tool, as they have great potential. However, the lack of incentive to continue using it due to these ongoing issues makes it challenging. The need to constantly generate tickets for proper functionality hinders a fluid working session.
In conclusion, while Agiled has the framework to be a valuable asset, it requires significant improvements in functionality and support responsiveness. I hope to see these changes soon, as it could then become an indispensable part of my operations.
