Meet the best Backup & Migration plugin for WordPress

The support team responded to our questions and fixed bugs quickly. The speed of backup and restoration is fast even for a WooCommerce store. We also used TasteWP for testing the restoration process and it was superb. We have searched for the backup and restoration plugins in the past few years but none can meet our needs. Now, we can say goodbye to WPVivid, UpdraftPlus, BlogVault and InstaWP. We feel so lucky to buy this BackupBliss in the last minute before its expiry and we are glad we bought the highest tier. We seldom write good reviews in AppSumo, but we must say BackupBliss is revolutionary, genuine game-changer, no brainer and first of its kind in the backup and restoration area for WordPress and WooCommerce. We subscribe to TasteWP to show our support for this company to continue developing new and innovative products in future.

I noticed it had SFTP in the video and I bought it. Then later after leaving a 4-taco review since it didn't have it up yet, I realized it only says coming soon in the video. So I am giving 5 stars because the founder is responsive and says that FTP and SFTP are almost complete and coming very soon :)
Excellent value if it is effectively a full replacement of UpdraftPlusPro as it seems.

This tool ended Duplicator’s monopoly. And so many other tools I’ve always been skeptical of, BUT and a BIG bUTT…. It needs to have a 2FA as a MUST

Support response from BackupBliss has been amazing. They obviously really care about the functionality and quality of their product. Their response time and intent to make sure their product is 100% functional in my webiste environment has been brilliant. So far 10 out of 10 for support.

Why would they put the screenshot with SFTP option and then on purchase it says to email them requesting if you want that feature ??

Also, it says my backup is 47 GB but yet the entire hosting account has it all in about 13GB. They are copying the same files multiple times... looks like Themes, Plugins, and WP Files are all separate backups which are redundant? What is going on here how does this have 1000 reviews on WP it must be the free version bc this pro version is not what I expected/hoped.

Will need to refund if not supporting SFTP as advertised, and also supporting a single backup instead of 47gb when the public_html files are really only about 6-7GB as hosted.

Hoping the founders are super quick builders...

We found Backup Bliss. They are there to provide a consistent, reliable, trackable, disaster recovery, backup solution.

One of the sites on a less noteworthy host, would not back up. The backup bliss plugin made it very easy to submit a ticket to diagnose the problem. After submitting, support replied with how the hosting company limiting the site and several solutions on how to address the issue. Essentially everything I needed to resolve the issue.

Looking forward to learning more and taking advantage of more of the features.

Have a feeling Backupbliss will be one of the AppSumo deals I end up using every week for the next 10 years.

These guys know their way and already developed some nice plugins, so I am quite confident they will deliver.....but at the current stage most of the features are "in development" and their roadmap is not really clear or clever....if you check it's based on feedbacks, but there is no time-frame of the current features that should be shipped in the PRO by default.
The speed is great, backup is fast and so restore, but again, it's just too basic without the PRO "future" features that they have to deliver.
The deal terms are good enough especially with the new tiers, but so far for the same pricing there are more mature and robust solutions on LTD.
I hope they will spring, but some clarity should be made in the ETA for pro features.

I installed BackupBliss yesterday, and my first backup was successfully stored in my Google Drive. I found the plugin very easy to set up and use. I especially liked seeing a step-by-step approach so I didn't get overwhelmed with a wall of settings all at once.

I'm already leveraging SiteGround's backup service, and it's great. But I wanted another solution that we have total control over in case anything goes wrong or in case I need backups from several weeks ago.

I have dealt with more WordPress backup plugins than I care to remember. BackupBliss has been the EASIEST, MOST RELIABLE WordPress backup plugin that I have ever encountered. No headache, no weirdness, it really is the best stuff out there. I highly recommend it. It's worth its weight in gold. I have this as my go-to backup for 2 websites I manage and another one that I help out with. This is the only backup that has never let me down. I was using them way before the AppSumo special, so when I saw it was on here I snatched it up.

I'm absolutely thrilled with BackupBliss, especially the staging functionality, which is absolutely brilliant! The simplicity of the backups and the option to save only the database is also perfect for setting a backup point before making minor changes. I'm also really looking forward to some of the points planned in the roadmap, which will really round things off. Absolutely brilliant deal and very fair to get this for a one-time amount.

Unfortunately, I'm not quite as convinced as the other buyers. BackupBliss is expensive in comparison and has to be rated as such.

It usually works well for smaller sites, but the free version is also sufficient. I find the quick migration via link particularly good and helpful.

With my "normal" sites, which are somewhat larger, there are always errors - sometimes during the backup, at the latest during the restore. Unfortunately, this is not something I can rely on at the moment. Support usually only responds after weeks.

Unfortunately, this will probably be my first refund at AppSumo. I have WPVivid for the same price and even though it may not be as convenient, it runs much more reliably.
