Backup Bliss is our agency's new backup standard.

Our agency has picked up several new high profile clients so we knew it was time for a "Proper" backup solution, not just one that was based on the hosting companies backup services.

We found Backup Bliss. They are there to provide a consistent, reliable, trackable, disaster recovery, backup solution.

One of the sites on a less noteworthy host, would not back up. The backup bliss plugin made it very easy to submit a ticket to diagnose the problem. After submitting, support replied with how the hosting company limiting the site and several solutions on how to address the issue. Essentially everything I needed to resolve the issue.

Looking forward to learning more and taking advantage of more of the features.
