Get your documents signed fast!

Great tool! Creating a document is not hard using BreezeDoc. I will recommend this to my friends.

Have used this a couple of times so far. Works as expected. Easy to use and easy to setup. Recommend.

I am the president and co-founder of a small car club with about 30 members and 8 sponsors. Unlike most car clubs, we are structured. We have Rules and Regulations for our members and Sponsorship Agreements that must be signed. Even though I only need to renew these once a year with occasional new members or sponsors joining throughout the year, having to go to each person one at a time to get these done was a hassle so I wanted to go digital signatures.

I was previously using DocuSign with the help of a member who had a business account. However, when they choose to jack their prices yet again, he decided to drop the service completely. Luckily another member found BreezeDoc.

After reading the reviews, I still had some questions. Especially on the plan size I needed. The largest plan was for 40 documents. I was counting 40+ so I was concerned this was not enough. I sent a message to the creator asking about the details who responded very quickly. Turns out I only needed the 15-document plan. One of the documents I sent out to all members was the exact same document. Just signed by each one. I was able to upload this document as a "Template" which counts as just one document. When I need to use it, I simply choose the address to send it to and I'm done. All the fields are pre-set for myself and the members.

In the end, I went ahead and got the 40-document plan just in case. Although I doubt I will ever need that many to send in a month, at the price for the plan, I just couldn't pass it up.

PROS:
1. Easy to upload documents.
2. Easy to drag and drop fields that need to be filled out by all parties.
3. Fairly simple to use.

CONS:
1. I wish it allowed you to set the date field type you wish to use. I just want month/day/year. It includes a time stamp with the date. Not something I want and it makes it too big for my documents. I am having to bypass this by using the "Text" field instead of the "Date" field.

2. It would be nice to have a "Name" field. When you add parties to the document, you have the option to input the name instead of it just saying "1st, 2nd or 3rd party". Being able to drag and drop a "Name" field could just pull that party name and pre-fill it out. Currently I am using the "Text" field which has to be filled in later by the party.

3. I wish it would allow me to save my signature to my account for use anytime I need it. This is something that DocuSign has. Made it much easier to quickly sign my part as I do not want to use the "generated" one. I want my personal signature which requires a capture device. Therefore, I am having to copy/paste my saved signature to the documents before I upload them. Really didn't want to go that route.

4. It would be nice if it allowed you to sign your part of a document immediately after creating it. Something else DocuSign does. With BreezeDoc, I have to wait for the email, click on the link and THEN I can sign it.

5. I do not see an "App" available for it yet to use on iPhone or Android. Another plus DocuSign has available for mobile use.

6. As others have mentioned, the ability to copy/paste a field would be helpful in keeping similar fields the same size. Especially if you have to do a bunch of them.

7. I do wish it had an option to "archive" completed documents to another folder. I have a feeling over time the "Document" folder will be getting cluttered.

8. When using the "Checkbox" field, it can be difficult to check if you make the box too small. I was not able to simply click on it with my mouse when trying to complete it. I had to select a previous field and press tab to highlight the checkbox field and then press the space bar to add the check. Not something I feel most would be able to figure out.

9. As others have also mentioned, the ability to remove the "BreezeDoc" logo from the document when needing to print. It's fine for when you are sending to review and sign, but if you are printing for legal needs, it does look a little unprofessional.

In all, I am happy with this program. Sure, it will take some time to adjust to something new. I feel a lot of the issues I have would be simple to correct and perhaps they will be added in the future. I would highly recommend BreezeDoc to anyone with a small business who needs occasional documents signed electronically.

BreezeDoc is a pretty elegant solution to needing an e-signature software in a startup. The tool is easy to use, and I liked the idea of having templates ready to roll out. This would work well for a number of businesses, such as real estate agents, etc etc.
The main challenge we had was that it was inserting a breezedoc logo on the bottom of each page, which wasn't really mentioned... generally if it is, I'll go the Whitelabel tier. Maybe it was... I'm not sure now, but for us, this is not what we are looking for. I tried the insertion of our logo (hoping it would replace the breezedoc logo) but it added our logo to the top right, with the end result being a little busier than I would like. Again, very do-able for a range of businesses, just not ours.

I have only used this 4 times, but I am very happy with the ease of use. It was easy to use with four signatures. Much easier and far more user friendly than adobe.

Very handy for drafting contract documents, The tool's ability to streamline the contract creation process is impressive, allowing me to generate comprehensive and accurate documents in a fraction of the time it used to take. Hoping to to see that allows other languages besides English. So far it's great.

This tool is a game-changer it so easy to use and saves me valuable time. I Love it! especially the tool's ability to customize templates to suit specific needs is a standout feature, allowing for both flexibility and precision.

It is easy to use. I will recommend this to my colleagues. It makes getting signatures on agreements and contracts simple for me. I may submit my agreements and contracts to BreezeDoc's user-friendly interface with a single click, preparing them for signatures.

Please remove the logo, its not professional.

I've used docusign, signrequest, and signaturely (currently using). I like signaturely, but the only thing lacking is that it does not allow for documentation in Spanish or other languages besides English.

Breezedoc simply, and easily allows for documents in Spanish. Unfortunately, when I export the documents the exported documents have breezedoc branding as a footer. Breezedoc can have all the branding when we are getting signatures, but it doesn't make sense to have this on the exported pdf documents.
