Get your documents signed fast!

This is definitely a good purchase for the money if you're looking for an unlimited contract signing app. It has native Zapier integration and webhooks for any others, and you don't need to pay for an "Enterprise" level subscription to get it. There are some minor kinks that could be better, and that's why I'm giving it four stars, but in the three days I've owned it, there have already been a ton of updates and added features. If you're looking to cut a subscription and get a doc signer, this is definitely the path to take. If you can hang on to your subscription because it has amazing features, just keep it. All in all, I'm definitely keeping it and waiting for it to mature into an excellent product. It's well on its way.

We wouldn't purchase this product again as the date stamp DDMMYYYY is not possible. Comparing the platform to other high-quality brands is misleading, particularly if a simple aspect of the appropriate date format cannot be corrected or changed. Unnecessary expense on this purchase.

I like the application, I love the one-time purchase, it does exactly what it said it does. That's the good part, and here's why I gave it four instead of five, because I believe if it did this stuff, it would be perfect.

I would love if it had the repeater fields, I saw that this was being worked on at the beginning of the year, but it is kind of a pain to have someone fill in their name over and over and over again, or other fields that are repeated on the contracts that I have. Would be great if they just filled it once, and then that same field was already filled out throughout the contract.

Would also love folders in the document section. My clients have multiple contracts that need to get sent out, and I have a flood of documents on my dashboard, just makes it a pain to organize.

And the last thing, but this isn't a makeup break, this is just a nice to have. But to have the ability to send the email through our own email address would be fire. I have clients that are constantly asking me, where is the email coming from, or they can't find it for whatever reason, it would just be nice.

Outside of that, the signatures work great, the fields that they have are fantastic, I didn't realize the date field was only today's date so it's not something they can fill out, so just keep an eye if they need to have a date in the contract, it's got to be a text box.

The application is simple to use, and I don't have to pay monthly or yearly for it, so that alone is worth it :-)

Great software. We switched from PandaDoc, and this is virtually the same. There are constant updates, and it keeps getting better!

Just started using this software and it seems good enough for legal documents to be sent to multiple signers for signature.

Recommend that the "sender" of the document default to be the "last signer", instead of having to select yourself in a certain order. I think most senders would want to be the last signer on most legal docs for final review.

Limitations - limited selection of font styles for signature

It works intuitively and does what it should. Using it every day.

For basic signing needs, BreezeDoc is great! Simple to use, other side users had no issues getting things signed. I would move the overall rating to a 5 star once KBA signing is available it is one feature that will be missed from our previous provider.

Tier 1 says - 20 docs for the month . bust actualy its 10 for a month.

BreezeDoc has everything I ever wanted for an electronic signature tool, is easy to understand and to use, has 50 pre made templates - and has even the possibility for invoicing. it is super useful for collecting signatures on contracts, agreements and so on. And it also has such a reasonable Price. It would be a dream match...but!!!!

Living in Germany, Europe we have GDPR compliance and several regulations. This Tool is not usable until there is GDPR compliance - and everyone making Business with Europeans will get severe problems at this stage. I bought it. And I can't use it at all with my main clients and for the purpose I bought it. So Europe ad UK are "death zones" for this product, until you make it GDPR compliant.

So please!!!! get BreezeDoc GDPR compliant and walk that extra mile - or you won't last long in the worldwide market. At least for me. And it is such a pity - I bought it, as someone asked the GDPR question and I read that you were considering making BreezeDoc GDPR compliant.

Also the Invoice Tool needs to be compliant to Invoice Law in Germany and Europe - otherwise it mustn't be used from 2028 on...

So I have to take away 1.5 Tacos for the lack of GDPR compliance as I personally (and all the other Europeans) can't use it in Europe + UK.

BreezeDoc is the ultimate e-signature alternative to other paid subscription products - I have used it for over 2 weeks now with several clients and happy to confirm our business has had no issues at all in using this for contracts - GREAT PRODUCT!

This is a basic but great product for the price, I am given a 5 taco as I am reviewing the product, it has room for improvements like any product you buy, just be aware this is not a white level product even though you can brand the documents with your company and logo on tier 2, the email that deliver the document is branded to Docubreeze and it does not offer a cname option, which is a killer to my personal use, again other than that this is a great product and I will keep supporting the team.

I've been a BreezeDoc user and was excited to integrate your API with my workflow automation. However, my experience with your API support has been extremely disappointing.

- The Issue:
I'm trying to build a simple automation where form submissions automatically create documents from my templates and send them to clients. Despite following your API documentation exactly, I consistently receive "Unauthorized" errors when making API calls, even with a valid OAuth token obtained through proper authentication.

- What I've Done:
- Successfully obtained access tokens using my OAuth client credentials
- Formatted all requests according to your documentation
- Tested multiple endpoints with proper headers
- Reached out to your support team via email with detailed technical information

- The Problem:
Your support team has completely ignored my email request for assistance. This is unacceptable for a service that markets API integration as a feature. When customers are trying to build legitimate integrations and follow your documentation, they deserve responsive technical support.

Impact on Business:
This lack of support is forcing me to reconsider using BreezeDoc for my business processes. I need reliable automation, and if your API doesn't work properly and your support team doesn't respond, I'll have to look for alternatives.

- Recommendation:
BreezeDoc needs to improve their technical support response times and provide better API documentation with working examples. For a SaaS platform, responsive support is essential.

I hope this review prompts the team to reach out and resolve my integration issues. I'm willing to update this review if they provide adequate support.
