Document signing is a breeze
Do not hesitate anymore. It does perfectly the job. So easy to use and intuitive. In 10 min you will understand this software and begin to use it.
I like when it is like that😅
Thank you!
The text box doesn't show up correctly for the signers. I tried a few different times, and the format doesn't stick. It's hard for the signer to know what to fill out their info, and to sign. The only kudos is that this is a step in the right direction but it's no more than 2 tacos out of 5
Purchased the Agency tier. I am a trainer who deals with 30-50 clients per group session and needed a fast easy digital method (I've been doing this the old pen-and-paper method) to get bulk liability waiver signatures from my clients. I thought this tool would have that capability but it doesn't. BreezeDoc only provides one-on-one individual contract signing even with a template. This isn't very helpful when I have to create 30-50 individual links for everyone. I'd rather print out waivers and have them sign at the beginning of class for the same amount of work. The product isn't bad, it just isn't what I needed which is bulk signature sends. So sad. I'll be getting a refund :/
This app allows me to send documents to my clients for signature without hassle. The only change I would add it to create a "digital signature" stamp like what they have on Adobe.
This app is a solid option for contract signing, though it does come with some limitations. It doesn’t allow you to set a signing order or send documents to all signers at once—features that can be especially useful when working with multiple signatories. On the plus side, for the price, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for an unlimited signing solution and want to reduce costly subscriptions. One drawback is the 5MB document size limit, which could be beneficially increased to accommodate larger files. Overall, it’s a reliable and cost-effective tool, though it lacks many of the advanced features offered by more mature (and more expensive) products.
This is about the most buggy app I have ever purchased and certainly the worst app I have purchased on AppSumo.
Issue 1: The time it takes for a document to upload to BreezeDoc takes forever. At least 3 minutes. Unacceptable.
Issue 2: Then, you take the time to fill out the document, providing both labels and default values; however, when you finally can get the document to the signer, none of the labels are filled out except for the date, causing the user to fill in all the information you just filled in for them. In this case, the user is me, and I have now filled out the document 4 times. Unacceptable.
Issue 3: I initially pre-filled out the PDF using the default editor in Chrome, and then uploaded the document to BreezeDoc. When I uploaded it, all my values were displayed. But when I sent it for signatures, NONE of my previously filled-out fields were present. Unacceptable
I have been working on filling out 1 document with about 10 fields for over 45 minutes. This should have taken no more than 5 minutes.
These issues repro'd Comet, Opera and Chrome.
Why is the plan not updated? I have the agency plan and in my area it still tells me to send 10
I generally like the product though I would like to see a feature added that allows the sender to (i) choose signing order or (ii) send to all signatories at once, especially when there are multiple signers.
BreezeDoc works pretty good, but it has embarrassed me a few times by NOT displaying the data the way I had formatted it. I have text flow out of the bounds I created, the form entries I create on the form side seem to not show exactly where the text will actually end up when sent to a client. I typically send the documents to myself first to see what they look like before sending them to my clients (which pulls from my monthly document total). I always have to go back and tweak something to make it look the way I intended. Overall it just seems like the final text is never quite as a aligned as it looks when I create the form fields. Also a bug that the date fields populate as soon as I send a document, not when the document is signed. I've reported this bug it hasn't been fixed. I just experienced it last night (9 September 2025). So I don't use the date fields, just put them as text and have to manually enter the date as text.
It is also missing some basic features such as, duplicate a field when creating a form, change font size on a field, order the flow of the fields (for tabbing through the document), ability to auto forward to one of the integrated invoices after signing the contract (seems like a no-brainer to me to have this feature), etc.
I bought it for cheap last year and it has worked fine for a low-end solution. But if you are for real you might want a more mature product from docusign or pandadoc.
This is definitely a good purchase for the money if you're looking for an unlimited contract signing app. It has native Zapier integration and webhooks for any others, and you don't need to pay for an "Enterprise" level subscription to get it. There are some minor kinks that could be better, and that's why I'm giving it four stars, but in the three days I've owned it, there have already been a ton of updates and added features. If you're looking to cut a subscription and get a doc signer, this is definitely the path to take. If you can hang on to your subscription because it has amazing features, just keep it. All in all, I'm definitely keeping it and waiting for it to mature into an excellent product. It's well on its way.
We wouldn't purchase this product again as the date stamp DDMMYYYY is not possible. Comparing the platform to other high-quality brands is misleading, particularly if a simple aspect of the appropriate date format cannot be corrected or changed. Unnecessary expense on this purchase.
