Document signing is a breeze
This is a basic but great product for the price, I am given a 5 taco as I am reviewing the product, it has room for improvements like any product you buy, just be aware this is not a white level product even though you can brand the documents with your company and logo on tier 2, the email that deliver the document is branded to Docubreeze and it does not offer a cname option, which is a killer to my personal use, again other than that this is a great product and I will keep supporting the team.
I've been a BreezeDoc user and was excited to integrate your API with my workflow automation. However, my experience with your API support has been extremely disappointing.
- The Issue:
I'm trying to build a simple automation where form submissions automatically create documents from my templates and send them to clients. Despite following your API documentation exactly, I consistently receive "Unauthorized" errors when making API calls, even with a valid OAuth token obtained through proper authentication.
- What I've Done:
- Successfully obtained access tokens using my OAuth client credentials
- Formatted all requests according to your documentation
- Tested multiple endpoints with proper headers
- Reached out to your support team via email with detailed technical information
- The Problem:
Your support team has completely ignored my email request for assistance. This is unacceptable for a service that markets API integration as a feature. When customers are trying to build legitimate integrations and follow your documentation, they deserve responsive technical support.
Impact on Business:
This lack of support is forcing me to reconsider using BreezeDoc for my business processes. I need reliable automation, and if your API doesn't work properly and your support team doesn't respond, I'll have to look for alternatives.
- Recommendation:
BreezeDoc needs to improve their technical support response times and provide better API documentation with working examples. For a SaaS platform, responsive support is essential.
I hope this review prompts the team to reach out and resolve my integration issues. I'm willing to update this review if they provide adequate support.
I purchased BreezeDoc on 11 June 2025 specifically to streamline the process of collecting signatures for important contracts. My expectation—as advertised—was for a smoother, faster, and more reliable alternative to traditional signing methods. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been disappointing and problematic.
I attempted to use the platform on 12 June 2025, and immediately encountered a serious issue:
When a signer fills in fields like Name or Address, the entered text overlaps, spilling into second or third lines. The formatting is completely broken, with text not staying within the intended input boxes—rendering the document unreadable and unsuitable for official purposes.
To make matters worse, I reached out to support via email and it’s now been 4 days without a resolution or even a proper response. I followed up again, and still—no reply. As a Plus user, I was promised priority support, but clearly that’s not happening.
This is extremely frustrating because I cannot simply ask the signer to re-sign an important legal document due to a bug in your system. I trusted BreezeDoc to handle official contracts securely and professionally, and instead it caused delays and embarrassment.
The product seems not ready for professional use, and customer support is severely lacking. If this issue is not resolved immediately—and permanently fixed to avoid future cases—I will have no choice but to cancel my Plus subscription and not recommend BreezeDoc to others.
Please address the following urgently:
1. Fix the formatting issue on the original signed document.
2. Provide a corrected version that I can use.
3. Ensure this bug is permanently fixed for future use.
Explain why the support SLA for Plus users is not being honored.
This kind of situation severely undermines trust in a document-signing solution. I hope someone from your team takes responsibility and responds immediately.
I wanted to share my experience with BreezeDoc, a digital signature tool I recently tried out.
It's been a breeze to use—pun intended! The interface is super intuitive, making document uploads and signature placements straightforward. I especially appreciate the real-time tracking feature; it's handy to see when recipients open and sign documents.
While it's not as feature-rich as some premium tools, it covers the essentials without the hefty price tag. For freelancers or small teams, it's a solid choice.
If you're considering a new e-signature solution, BreezeDoc might be worth a look.
The best purchase. A simple solution to contract signing and agreements.
I needed a DocuSign replacement and was lead to believe this was it from ads and YouTube reviews. Unfortunately, not being able to link a document in a new customer onboarding email is a killer for me and I had just upgraded to the agency plan.
Just used it to get a document signed that needed four signatures; the system kept track of who signed and who didn't, as it was easy to use. When someone lost the email, it was easy to resend.
I love BreezeDoc and it is easy to use. There is just one improvement needed for it to be perfect. Currently it only displays the date in USA format. There is no option to change that.
App seems a bit scant in features..and it looks like it is not being maintained or developed, from the list of requested features building up.
I purchased the agency tier.. but not usable as far I as can tell, with other staff in my company. No place to add users, no cname, no email domain, etc. So how is it a multi-user app, or even an app I can use within one business and have someone else on my team admin it?
I logged in via Gmail - big mistake; there is no place to change password in the app.
There is ZERO support from within the app, no way to get help, ask questions, etc.
I didn't have a huge need for it back when I picked this up, but I just had to send out 62 contracts and I gave it a whirl. Made the template (simple import from a WORD doc), added the boxes I needed filled out and BAMM!
I wouldn't mind if there were folders, a way to sort (by signed/waiting), or a way to archive the Documents so the screen is less messy, but I gotta say, this made simple work out of something we were dreading.
Love the Invoive feature (hooked it in my Stripe and BOOM!). The resend is great for slackers. The "Activity" shows everything except what color shirt the person was wearing when they signed. And from the user side it was smooth as silk. Yeah, I tested it on myself first.
Thank you for this one. I can't imagine what this would have cost to do via Adobe.
I use this all the time. Not sure why it's not an unlimited plan, but still very quick and painless to use.
i like the easy flow and ui.
i am doing simple stuff.
so it served all my needs so ffar
