BreezeDoc is an online service for creating, editing, and collaborating on documents.

We are pleased to present to your attention a wonderful online service that is perfectly suited for creating, editing, and collaborating on documents. This solution, developed with the modern needs of users in mind, offers a number of key features that make it an indispensable tool for work.
Firstly, the service provides an intuitive interface, which allows even those without experience with such programs to quickly adapt. Convenient editing tools at your fingertips will enable you to easily format text, add images and tables, making the document creation process simple and comfortable.

Secondly, one of the main features is the ability for real-time collaboration. You and your team can edit the same document simultaneously, significantly increasing the speed and efficiency of task completion. All changes are saved automatically, eliminating the risk of data loss.

It is also worth noting that the service offers a variety of templates and styles that inspire creativity and help create professionally designed documents. You can use it for various purposes—from business proposals to personal projects.

However, like any product, the service has its drawbacks. Some users may encounter limitations in the functionality of the free version, as well as the need for an internet connection for full operation.

Overall, this online service is becoming an indispensable assistant for everyone who values time and efficiency in working with documents. Let's evaluate its advantages together and integrate it into our daily activities!

This will be a e-signature winner eventually

So far, I would say that Breezedoc is the least of the AppSumo offerings. It's and I'm reluctant to use it because of how it presents itself to people who are signing. It also lacks the ability to have a team of people use it right now with security between projects. I hope it improves, which I suspect it will since TidyCal has gotten much better. But I love the AppSumo team and I want to support them so I kept the product.

Like Shareware even in the paid version

I concur with the previous reviewers regarding the evaluation of this software. My assessment is as follows: The software resembles shareware. I am currently using the free version, but I believe the other versions are also quite limited. Firstly, the branding through the logo is a concern, as it appears to persist even in the higher versions, which I would prefer not to send to clients. Additionally, the fact that metadata can be accessed from the client side is troubling. Another issue is that the date field can only be printed in English notation, which means the software is not suitable for regions where the day-month-year format is used, limiting its utility to the American market. The generated texts are unfortunately formatted in a way that does not allow for defining the length of text errors, resulting in documents that appear awkward when completed by clients. Furthermore, it is unclear which fields still need to be filled out. Overall, while the software has potential in theory, it fails in practice due to these basic issues.

VERY easy to use, but branding kills professionalism :-(

Upgraded to Tier 2 to be able to use my logo. Really LOVE the ease-of use and the ability to automatically send to all parties for signature, in proper sequence - with tracking.

But it's ruined by the branding! :-( The supposedly "Reduced Breezedoc branding" shows up as "BreezeDoc Beta" on the bottom of every page. Curious about what "full" branding is.

I just won't be taken seriously by clients if my agreement has beta branding on it. That's the only reason I'm asking for a refund, but would happily come back if/when the there's a "no branding" option.

After a few months, are you now fully GDPR-compliant?

Easy to use, but limited functions

I like the ease of this product - it is very simple to use and set up, which is a great perk!
I want to love it, but there are a few elements that I'm not impressed with and would want to change:
1) there is a breezedoc logo that appears on the bottom page of all pages in the contract, which seems unprofessional when sending this to a client.
2) when the client is emailed the completed contract, they also receive a PDF of all the activity and metadata on the signing process, which is unnecessary and also reveals a lot of information.

Are these things able to be altered on my end? I'm unable to find a place to be able to change these types of settings.

If not possible to change, unfortunately I will not be able to continue using this product.

This project is a scam.

I purchased BreezeDoc License Tier 4 with the promise of 40 documents per month, unlimited templates, multi-recipients, and custom logo support. However, after logging in, my account shows Lifetime Plan - Tier 1 Legacy Free License Upgrade, which only allows 2 documents per month!
This is completely misleading and deceptive! I paid for Tier 4, but I received a downgraded plan that does not match what was advertised. I expect immediate action to correct my plan to what I purchased or a full refund.
I do not recommend this service unless they fix these issues and honor their advertised plans.

At first tier 1 was free, now it isn’t and yet my tier 1 has the old limits……

At first tier 1 was free, now it isn’t and yet my tier 1 has the old limits……so there are two types of tier 1’s?
I also received an email: “Hot off the presses. We just released new BreezeDoc paid plans.
(And you're currently on the free plan missing a lot of key features...)”
I do understand the introduction of paid plans, but why cut off the early beta testers? I don’t like the way you’re upselling. On top of that the product isn’t read to be a paid plan yet.

Beta software with a lot of space to improve

I’ve been using Breezedoc for a couple of days now. As a freelancer I was looking for a way to have some documents better managed and more easily signed ("can you put a signature on this PDF and send it back?").

BreezeDoc is well-priced here on AppSumo and the proces is quite straightforward, making it a good option for basic signing needs. However, after some testing it’s clear that the platform is still in its early stages, with some limitations that make it less flexible than I’d like.

One of the first things I noticed is the heavy branding. Every email, activity PDF, and thank-you page includes Breezedoc’s branding. The thank you-page has a "Sign your own documents with BreezeDoc!"-space set up on a page that's empty beside a thank you message.
Even the signed document has a centered footer logo that can’t be removed, which forced me to adjust my document design. There’s no option to turn off or reduce branding, which makes it feel more like a promotional tool for Breezedoc rather than a white-label solution.

The lack of customization is also a drawback. While I can edit the initial email to clients, every other email—reminders, completed document notifications, and thank-you pages—can’t be customized or translated. I also can’t rename a template after saving it, which makes organizing documents harder than it should be. In multi-sign templates, text fields can’t be renamed or given placeholders, so they all just show “Text” without context for the client.
An option to categorize the documents or put them in folders would be a great addition.

I also find the reminder system too rigid. The only available option is to send reminders every three days. I would prefer more flexibility, as I like to give my clients more time before reminding them again.

The signing process itself needs some improvements. Some text fields appear smaller when signing than they do in the editor, which makes the final document look inconsistent. There’s no custom date formatting, so I’m stuck with month-day-year, which isn’t ideal. If a required field is left blank, the user can’t press the "finalize" button, but the system doesn’t indicate which field is missing user input. This creates unnecessary friction in the signing process. There’s also no option to upload a signature image, only to draw or type a signature.

In general I think Breezedoc is a convenient and affordable solution for basic document signing, but like I said before I feel it still has a long way to go. For now I'm not planning to use it for my clients just yet. I would love for a roadmap to become available to see what's on the planning and when. But for now, I haven't seen a roadmap or clear indication of what features are planned, which makes it hard to know whether any of these limitations will be addressed.

Great alternative to the other expensive document request apps.

I am the president and co-founder of a small car club with about 30 members and 8 sponsors. Unlike most car clubs, we are structured. We have Rules and Regulations for our members and Sponsorship Agreements that must be signed. Even though I only need to renew these once a year with occasional new members or sponsors joining throughout the year, having to go to each person one at a time to get these done was a hassle so I wanted to go digital signatures.

I was previously using DocuSign with the help of a member who had a business account. However, when they choose to jack their prices yet again, he decided to drop the service completely. Luckily another member found BreezeDoc.

After reading the reviews, I still had some questions. Especially on the plan size I needed. The largest plan was for 40 documents. I was counting 40+ so I was concerned this was not enough. I sent a message to the creator asking about the details who responded very quickly. Turns out I only needed the 15-document plan. One of the documents I sent out to all members was the exact same document. Just signed by each one. I was able to upload this document as a "Template" which counts as just one document. When I need to use it, I simply choose the address to send it to and I'm done. All the fields are pre-set for myself and the members.

In the end, I went ahead and got the 40-document plan just in case. Although I doubt I will ever need that many to send in a month, at the price for the plan, I just couldn't pass it up.

PROS:
1. Easy to upload documents.
2. Easy to drag and drop fields that need to be filled out by all parties.
3. Fairly simple to use.

CONS:
1. I wish it allowed you to set the date field type you wish to use. I just want month/day/year. It includes a time stamp with the date. Not something I want and it makes it too big for my documents. I am having to bypass this by using the "Text" field instead of the "Date" field.

2. It would be nice to have a "Name" field. When you add parties to the document, you have the option to input the name instead of it just saying "1st, 2nd or 3rd party". Being able to drag and drop a "Name" field could just pull that party name and pre-fill it out. Currently I am using the "Text" field which has to be filled in later by the party.

3. I wish it would allow me to save my signature to my account for use anytime I need it. This is something that DocuSign has. Made it much easier to quickly sign my part as I do not want to use the "generated" one. I want my personal signature which requires a capture device. Therefore, I am having to copy/paste my saved signature to the documents before I upload them. Really didn't want to go that route.

4. It would be nice if it allowed you to sign your part of a document immediately after creating it. Something else DocuSign does. With BreezeDoc, I have to wait for the email, click on the link and THEN I can sign it.

5. I do not see an "App" available for it yet to use on iPhone or Android. Another plus DocuSign has available for mobile use.

6. As others have mentioned, the ability to copy/paste a field would be helpful in keeping similar fields the same size. Especially if you have to do a bunch of them.

7. I do wish it had an option to "archive" completed documents to another folder. I have a feeling over time the "Document" folder will be getting cluttered.

8. When using the "Checkbox" field, it can be difficult to check if you make the box too small. I was not able to simply click on it with my mouse when trying to complete it. I had to select a previous field and press tab to highlight the checkbox field and then press the space bar to add the check. Not something I feel most would be able to figure out.

9. As others have also mentioned, the ability to remove the "BreezeDoc" logo from the document when needing to print. It's fine for when you are sending to review and sign, but if you are printing for legal needs, it does look a little unprofessional.

In all, I am happy with this program. Sure, it will take some time to adjust to something new. I feel a lot of the issues I have would be simple to correct and perhaps they will be added in the future. I would highly recommend BreezeDoc to anyone with a small business who needs occasional documents signed electronically.
