I entered the platform today hoping to do some work for a client when i found out my ltd tier 2 account became a free account by itself. Sent a support ticket through an almost non existent channel (thanks to an useless bot barrier) and still no answer. Not even a "we´re looking to see what is wrong" email

UPDATE nov18th: The support team supposedly responded to my review saying they never received my ticket. I sent in another email which after a week STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESPONDED. This is a joke to them it seems. So called support, i have sent more than 10 emails in total. Find them if its real that you care which i know you DONT
