The Ultimate All-In-One Influencer Marketing Platform

My experience with Btrendy has been nothing short of a nightmare. The company displays utter disregard for its customers, and here are just a few of the many issues I’ve faced:

1. Non-Responsive Support: Despite numerous emails to both their general support email and the founder’s email address, there has been no response for months. Messages to their listed contacts bounce back as undeliverable, leaving customers in the dark.
2. Missing Credits: Btrendy has failed to provide the promised monthly credits for their Lifetime Deal (LTD). I also purchased an additional 300 lifetime monthly credits for $99, but these were never added to my account, despite repeated follow-ups.
3. Empty Promises and Lies: Btrendy claimed they were aware of the issues with credits and promised fixes, which never materialized. Their assurances, such as “the credits will be added today,” were blatant lies.
4. Scamming Customers: They advertise features and additional credit packs to encourage customers to spend more money, but the services or credits are never delivered. Refunds are ignored, and any attempt to resolve the issue is met with silence.
5. Neglecting Customer Communication: They straight-up ignore emails and fail to address the core issues, leaving customers to deal with a broken platform and unfulfilled promises.

To add insult to injury, their refusal to adhere to their own commitments and the complete lack of accountability make it impossible to trust this company. I attempted to work through AppSumo, where the deal was purchased, but even their intervention couldn’t prompt Btrendy to deliver.

Avoid Btrendy at all costs. This platform appears to be a scam, preying on unsuspecting customers with false promises and zero intention of delivering the services they sell. Save your time, money, and energy for a company that respects its customers and delivers what they promise.

I entered the platform today hoping to do some work for a client when i found out my ltd tier 2 account became a free account by itself. Sent a support ticket through an almost non existent channel (thanks to an useless bot barrier) and still no answer. Not even a "we´re looking to see what is wrong" email

UPDATE nov18th: The support team supposedly responded to my review saying they never received my ticket. I sent in another email which after a week STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESPONDED. This is a joke to them it seems. So called support, i have sent more than 10 emails in total. Find them if its real that you care which i know you DONT

The database is good enough.

Product does not work. Takes out credit but does not provide any emails of influencer. Cannot export as throws error everytime.

This product was one of the biggest time wastes I've had on here, outside of Branalyzer. The vast majority of functions dont work or can't deliver actual valid results. It looks like it partially works, but the small part that does, once you dig deeper, has nothing usable and no usable profiles. For me, this is a bit of scam based off the credit tiers, top tier is 300 credits but a report often costs 400-1500 min. Upsetting as we really wanted this to work. Also poor that it doesnt do LinkedIn, or X and basically is useless in my opinion.

I have bought many similar deals, all went dead. With the lack of even a reply for weeks, I suspect this deal will follow the same pattern. Great idea and looks like what could be a good product, but when it is run by a one person who doesn't have the time for support, the app looks like is heading toward its demise.

After extensive testing, I can't recommend Btrendy. You are better off going with EezyCollab, which now drastically outperforms Btrendy and is also on AppSumo for only 10 more days.
 
The support team sometimes doesn't get back to you for days or weeks—a huge red flag.  Eezy Collab gets back to me quickly with any concerns.
 
What I don't like is that it is a credit hog.  When you do basic tasks, you will be surprised to know that your credits get eaten up quickly.
 
One thing that shouldn't be using credits is when you search and see 10 influencers on a page. You review them before deciding which ones to export or create a list with.
 
Btrendy charges you as a credit once you click on each page to review the following 10 influencers, which I find ridiculous since you don't even know if they are a fit yet!
 
It makes sense to charge credits when you export the influencers you have reviewed and chosen, but you shouldn't be charged credits navigating from page to page, especially when you have over 1000 pages of targets to review.
 
EezyCollab has higher limits than Btrendy, so I picked that tool up first.
 
Why your data is locked down: I find it hard to navigate the software without needing to use a credit, which EezyCollab doesn't force you to do.  You can only choose one influencer at a time to save to a list, while EezyCollab allows you to choose them all by page without consuming credits.
 
You can't bulk email influencers but only send an email one at a time. Software is supposed to make your life easier, not harder.  EezyCollab allows bulk emailing.
 
Btrendy doesn't have LinkedIn and has no plans to add it, while EezyCollab already added LinkedIn and Twitter.
 
The only decent aspect of this software is the analytics feature. You can also use Gmail and your own email domains.

The tools looks "okey" except the fact that credits cost too much, but the biggest problem is the support, that don't reply you at all.

Very useful for small business for influencer marketing.

I am in love with the look-a-like feature on Brendy. I feel like I just got a backstage pass for the high-powered influencer party! I also love the feature of only searching for influencers with emails, which will save a ton of time. I am loving this software so far. It's going to save me hours and hours of research :) Thank you, Btrendy, you rock!
