At Digital Original, we improved the end-to-end user experience by integrating CoSupport AI into both onboarding and ongoing user interactions. Previously, many new creators would disengage early in the process, but with CoSupport AI acting as a contextual assistant, offering real-time guidance, answering questions, and tailoring the journey, we saw a 30% boost in activation and a noticeable drop in support volume. To build on this, we introduced CoSupport BI to monitor communication effectiveness across our core audiences, including artists, collectors, and galleries.
