CX Genie looks good on paper, fast setup, fancy AI, all the bells and whistles. Then you try to get help and realize their “support” is just a chatbot that’s one bad answer away from asking you for advice.
It gives you a dead Discord link, nonsense answers, and pretends it’s not even support for the very platform it’s on. Bugs? Sure, fine, I can live with that. But a support system that’s basically an escape room with no exit? That’s a new one.
Great idea, CX Genie. Now maybe hire someone who actually knows how it works.
