I bought Tier3 with bare minimum expectations.
Pros -
1. Great UI & UX
Cons -
1. No resolutions on any queries.
2. Struggled to get in touch with VIP Support Channel.
3. Support Chat doesn't exist
4. Support agents doesn't care to see the website chats
5. Half of the links go to 404
6. Mailbox - Not working at all even with Google Mails - No one cared to resolve the issue
7. CNAME - Got random errors
Disappointed & going to claim refund.
