I should mention that this is the first chatbot tool I’ve purchased, but I’m really excited about it.
After some initial doubts, when it seemed like the bot couldn’t really answer properly, I reached out to support. They replied quickly and suggested switching from a specific model to a blank template: that immediately gave me a big improvement in the responses. Without a doubt, the tool looks very promising and I’m happy with the investment.
Having only one workspace feels a bit limiting in terms of clarity, since dividing bots for different client sites would be much clearer with separate workspaces (a solution that other startups here on AppSumo later adopted for the same issue).
Other than that, aside from a small layout problem I won’t go into detail about, I’m very satisfied overall. So my rating is 4 stars for what it is now, plus one more because they’ve gained my trust in what it will become.
