Desku

Desku is made by an Indian team that seems to have a real product experience and a passionate devs team behind it. After a few exchanges they added a feature in 2 days to take care of the code tags (we do support for devs).
It's already rare to have an answer and often we are rather added on a roadmap, there I can congratulate the reactivity.

There is still 24 hours to take this offer and if you have a business that generates tickets, it would be foolish to pass by since these are generally expensive tools.

I did look at their standard offers which are really honest and have the advantage of being aimed at seats group rather than users (great for small companies)

Otherwise, I didn't understand the activation instructions, but it was my fault, because I hadn't read them, Desku's support came to help me again.
