I think this is a great product very fast. Has huge potential.
There are a few bug improvements here and there which I reported. As any software that is maturing this is normal. I hope they will tackle these and will have huge success going forward.

I did buy at max capacity to support the cause.
I've been working on & off with Desku for a few months & it's a great product but with the usual usability issues like creating new workspaces, setting up white label settings etc.
Today, I reached out for support & the founder, Gaurav, responded on WhatsApp & resolved a few small issues I was facing quickly over zoom. (even in the middle of a 3 day local holiday in India.)
Gaurav demonstrated what other products his team are working on which compliment his Helpdesk/Knowledgebase feature set. Think multichannel programmable chatbots with visual workflow builder & a unified communication dashboard in within your existing Desku helpdesk interface. Booyah! Watch this space.
Sometimes, you wonder when investing in early stage tech products on AppSumo whether creators have sufficient focus, passion & enthusiasm. Well I can tell you without doubt Gaurav & his team have all of the qualities Sumolings seek in a committed SaaS creator.
If Desku returns to AppSumo grab it with both hands. It's developing nicely, the dev team are quick to respond to issues & actively open to new ideas & improvements. What's not to like? They have my 5 tacos that's for sure.

It's already rare to have an answer and often we are rather added on a roadmap, there I can congratulate the reactivity.
There is still 24 hours to take this offer and if you have a business that generates tickets, it would be foolish to pass by since these are generally expensive tools.
I did look at their standard offers which are really honest and have the advantage of being aimed at seats group rather than users (great for small companies)

I love this product is so easy to set up use and maintain + so many updates coming. keep it up desku good job.
I was using LabiDesk but they're taking so long to make updates. Unlike them, Desku has a great and clean UI. Functioning iPhone and android apps and a great integration with Shopify.

This is a new product with huge potential. It works well right out of the box. White label and branding was pretty easy to set up. The design customization is slightly lacking currently, but will only get better over time. Just had a zoom call with Gaurav and he updated me on the progress. For me, this will be a prefect ticking solution with a great knowledge base solution to provide clients and live chat feature. The team at Desku is working hard on updates, tweaking features and making things better. Give it a try! 5 tacos and very happy with the purchase and the progress being made at Desku! After a series of back and forths trying to get started with the product, the founder set up our account so I could access the software. He has been very helpful and kind.
The getting started process needs to be improved, and I would recommend that the company handle customer service issues with their own tool rather than via email (even though they are in India and on different time zones.)
I'm still hopeful and optimistic that the tool itself will work for us as well as it seems to work for others. We're now going to dig in and start testing it out.
Not to mention the support team. I had an interesting setup on my site and I was able to get ahold of them and find out what was wrong and got the chat up and running great! The mobile app is so smooth and clean. Email alerts are instant. Only 1 request is that if a chat isn't answered, that it would get converted to a ticket automatically. Other than that.....best deal. And go ahead and spring for at least the 2nd tier. It's worth it.
Desku is a great solution for offering a support-portal for your customer. It's easy to use and all basic features (Live chat, Ticket-System, Knowledgebase) works fine.
