Not to mention the support team. I had an interesting setup on my site and I was able to get ahold of them and find out what was wrong and got the chat up and running great! The mobile app is so smooth and clean. Email alerts are instant. Only 1 request is that if a chat isn't answered, that it would get converted to a ticket automatically. Other than that.....best deal. And go ahead and spring for at least the 2nd tier. It's worth it.
