After a series of back and forths trying to get started with the product, the founder set up our account so I could access the software. He has been very helpful and kind.
The getting started process needs to be improved, and I would recommend that the company handle customer service issues with their own tool rather than via email (even though they are in India and on different time zones.)
I'm still hopeful and optimistic that the tool itself will work for us as well as it seems to work for others. We're now going to dig in and start testing it out.
