Until I went to mark an email as transactional and I realized that in my plan is not included (my fault for not checking well, but I consider it something so basic ....) and they ask me the monthly equivalent of a plan of 20,000 (buy tier 3), instead of the 4200 contacts I have active,... A disproportionate.
It hurt me, I loved it, I thought I had found the definitive tool, but I asked for a refund and I will continue using Drip.
If you are encouraged to add them, even if it is in Tier 6, I hope they give a chance to those of us who returned just for this reason.
