Encharge

Looking at the good rating that this platform has I got the biggest tier but it happens that it is not suitable for ecommerce. Even automations like abandoned cart and any events on the website can't be tracked and followed up with an automated e-mail because of limitations of the plan. I got really excited to move from my current mailing service to Encharge as it is more intuitive to use but have to refund with a bit of disappointment.
