Client collaboration platform made for professional services

Fusebase is now my operational hub

Fusebase was my knowledge home; now it’s my operating system for internal alignment and external collaboration—augmented by AI, without the tool sprawl.

Fusebase has long been my single home for knowledge. With the 2025 update, it’s also become an operational engine: internal workspaces and external client portals in one place, powered by AI Agents. That means less context-switching, fewer brittle integrations, and faster execution across content, processes, and stakeholder touchpoints.

What stands out now is the combination of strong security with granular permissions, easy browser extensions to capture and annotate, built-in e-signatures and meeting transcripts, and full MCP support for advanced automation. Result: fewer tools to manage, better control, faster results.

Fusebase isn’t new (has been founded in 2017). The product feels mature, stable, and clearly on a strong roadmap. Historically I wanted better photo galleries, multi-level collapsible headings, and a dark mode; given the pace and focus, I’m confident these UX details will keep improving.

On AppSumo, the lifetime deal remains compelling if you dislike subscriptions. The upfront cost is justified by consolidation and automation-driven savings, and the money-back window makes a proper trial risk-free.
