Growify

The software seems to work well and has a very nice UI.

The problem is the support. I've been trying to get help from the support chat all week. They respond every 2 days and don’t read the messages you send. They answer something that is useless or ask you a question and then disappear.

Before buying Growify, I specifically asked if it worked for Meta form campaigns or for web forms. Not for e-commerce.

They told me yes.

There is no intuitive way to connect this type of campaign and the support is nonexistent to help me. I bought the highest tier. 1000 USD. I am concerned about my investment and I am close to requesting a refund.
