Growify

I had high expectations for this software after missing their previous release and waiting months to get access. While the interface is intuitive and the core concept is solid, the execution falls far short of what you'd expect from a premium product.
The Good:
Clean, user-friendly interface
Innovative approach to the problem it's trying to solve
Easy initial setup process

The Bad:
Critical functionality missing right out of the box (attribution tracking for major platforms like Google Ads and Meta)
Abysmal customer support that makes the software essentially unusable
Support team asks questions already answered in initial communications
Days-long delays between responses with no meaningful resolution

I purchased the highest tier expecting a premium experience. Immediately after setup, I discovered that the attribution section wasn't working properly. Google Ads, Meta, and other major platforms simply weren't functioning. This isn't a minor glitch; it's core functionality that prevents me from actually using the software I paid for.

I'm still waiting for a real solution. Apple keeps telling me how sorry she is, and they are looking into it days after I reported it.

This feels like a company that's grown too fast for its infrastructure. The product has potential, but they don't have adequate development resources or support staff to handle their customer base. In today's market, you can't launch a premium product with broken core features and expect customers to wait indefinitely for fixes.

Save your money until they prove they can deliver a functional product with reliable support.
