This app is straightforward and user-friendly. It's not often that I've felt compelled to write a review on AppSumo, despite being a long-time user. I've purchased several codes, initially unsure if I'd use them, but the concept and clean UI impressed me. Many voice recording apps are cluttered, but this one focuses on doing one thing well. The pre-purchase support was excellent, even offering a calendar link to discuss my use case, which was refreshing.

I encountered a minor issue with locating the admin dashboard, likely a user error, but I expect it to be resolved quickly. The transcription feature works well, even with multiple speakers. However, I'd like the prompts to be updated to appear less AI-generated, as people can easily identify AI-written content. It would be beneficial to customize the writing style at the account or prompt level to make it more personal. Currently, I can't combine custom and default prompts, but allowing this would be helpful.

Additionally, more transparency about the app's roadmap would be appreciated. While the team has delivered so far, knowing the future direction would be reassuring, especially for those of us who invest in multiple codes. Overall, the app is easy to use, clean, and stress-free, making it a pleasure to use. I highly recommend it.
