I originally contacted Linguix after my lifetime plan showed as expired—even though I had redeemed multiple codes through AppSumo and made additional upgrades directly. I sent several emails with all the proper documentation, but support never responded beyond one vague message.
Eventually, my account was reactivated—but I was never notified or acknowledged. No confirmation, no follow-up, nothing.
I'm glad access was restored, but the experience left me frustrated. The tool itself is solid, and I’ve used it for years. But if something goes wrong, you might be left guessing whether your issue is even being looked at.
