I have been a loyal AppSumo customer for several years, a Plus subscriber, and have spent hundreds of euros on your platform. I purchased Marky on [exact date], but the activation has not been completed and my attempts to contact support have gone unanswered.
Despite my repeated messages and emails sent to Marky, no solution or response has been provided, and communication is being passed back and forth between AppSumo and Marky. My current experience is unsatisfactory and is impacting my business.
I will not hesitate to unsubscribe from AppSumo once my Plus membership expires. You are no longer what you used to be just 5 or 7 years ago.
