Superb software, poor support.

We invested in Marky when it first appeared on AppSumo, we instinctively knew it would pay dividends, and we were right. Recent upgrades have given it the edge over many competitors, and we upgraded to Standard White Label, which is sufficient for our client needs.

But sadly, we are experiencing very poor support. The type that drains confidence in a business.

There are issues with the Standard White Label portal that need fixing, some urgently.

'Advanced White Label' Options are visible to 'Standard White Label' clients that shouldn't be - and it's causing confusion with our potential customers.

Our test clients have fed back with 'What's this for' - 'Why am I getting this error' - 'Why is that visible if I can't use it?'

In addition, when sharing the basic client portal link with customers, the meta data still says '30 days of content in 5 minutes'. All potentially damaging to business perception. One test client fed back that it felt like we were deceiving them. All because of simple META content that can be changed in seconds.

We have tried to feedback our client feedback - provided clear, helpful screenshots of the issues, discussed them with 3 different support agents in chat, yes 3.... all of which assured us they would get back to us.... they haven't. Nothing. We were assured yesterday that someone would contact us by end of business with a simple update... Nothing in our inbox.

We tried posting to the Marky Community on FB - No response. Nothing. Why?

It's genuinely confusing - we attended the recent google meetup and the founders were full of energy which infused us with confidence.

We're seasoned digital entrepreneurs, and days away from our planned launch - but now we're having to consider another platform because of support.

At the time of writing - we are 6 days in.

Shame.
