I’ve been using this product for a while now, and it’s been nothing but smooth sailing for me.
Last year, I snagged two licenses from their offer, and both stations are working flawlessly. I’m so impressed that I’m ready to jump in and grab two more licenses! It’s great to see a product that really delivers on its promises.
What I really love about this offer is that it saves me from those high monthly fees. I’ve got my other older non-profit FM/online radio that hits me with a steep bill to keep the server running, and honestly, it’s a bit of a drag. The tutorials are not clear. Following the steps in the video I can't get my station up and running. I set my time zone, uploaded files, created my playlist, set the schedule, but nothing plays. Another issue is the tickets, I can only create one. When I try to send another one, it redirects me to another page. Another thing is the logins. After being connected for a long time, it logs me out and I have to log in again. I am waiting for a response from support to avoid a refund and to improve my rating.

I want to share why I bought this service.
Five years ago, my father passed away, and I found a USB thumb drive among his belongings filled with Quran audio that he listened to daily on his way to work. I always intended to upload this Quran audio online so others could listen too, but I didn't want to monetize it or rely on a platform with ads.
When I learned about Radiolize, I immediately signed up for Tier 1. I registered and started, but it didn't work at first. I thought it might be a backend issue.
After six hours, I logged back in, and my radio channel was live. I uploaded all the MP3 files and hit "start broadcasting," but it still didn’t work.
I waited and tried again the next day by checking my public page, and to my delight, it was functioning.
It’s been almost two days now, and I've shared the link with many friends and family. As a Muslim, listening to the Quran in the morning is important to us.

The product has potential. However, if I want to do live broadcast with guests, we would need to integrate outside software to produce the show which is limiting. Please find a way to have an all-in-one solution.
Also, the DJ and board UI must integrate better to let me know if we're LIVE or not.
Again, the potential to make this a great product is there, but it's too complicated to run a live broadcast versus pre-recorded shows.
My support tickets went unanswered, when I could submit them. Now even the "create ticket" does not work, it just returns me to the dashboard. The station page widgets lead to a error page. This means you are required to buy a 3rd party stream player for your site just to use it. And several 3rd party players do not work well with the stream link provided. Also the auth/login flow is strange with a synced login between the dashboard and station and help system that doesn't always work. I did not feel comfortable enough to use it and went back to my previous solution. Do not recommend, especially after seeing the copy/paste responses to others here.
As an entrepreneur or solopreneur, the ability to effectively communicate your message or facilitate services for clients is crucial. Radiolize is a great tool for this purpose. I bought three licenses; two tier-three licenses and one tier-one. I did this because I recognized the potential benefits of the software for several projects I was involved in.
The user interface of Radiolize is very clean and easy to navigate. Setting up is straightforward, and you can quickly learn how to upload your files to the media, create playlists, and schedule them to go live.
However, I encountered issues with the software's consistency. While you can schedule live audio, which might go live as planned, scheduling another piece of audio often results in it not going live at all. Sometimes, the audio doesn't play on time, and other times, troubleshooting is limited and mostly involves restarting the entire stream.
The tutorial videos provided are not very helpful, and the information on their website does little to help navigate these issues. I had to figure out how to use the software on my own, with some help from a colleague. We had to assist each other in understanding certain features, such as the necessity to turn on both the audio DJ and live features for your content to go live.
The main issue with Radiolize is the customer service, which is practically non-existent. They operate a ticket system where you can submit a request, and they promise a response within 24 hours. However, my experience has been far from this promise. I've submitted multiple tickets, and it often took weeks to get a response. I had one ticket open for 18 days, another for a month, and another for 11 days. When they do respond, the help offered is sporadic and generally unhelpful.
Radiolize uses a software called Azure's Cast, which is open source. Unfortunately, this software is consistently unreliable, and Radiolize seems unable to address this issue because they can't. At the very least, they could provide information or alternative solutions when problems arise.
Despite the innovative concept of Radiolize, the execution is flawed. The inconsistency in customer service and the unreliable software they use make it an unviable option. It's simply not worth it.
The responses from their support team have been repetitive, offering the same copy-pasted answers as far back as 2020. There appears to be no effort to resolve underlying issues, and at this point, purchasing their service is a risk. In addition they refuse to supply a roadmap to see where the program is headed and what improvements they are making.
Feedback on platforms like YouTube and Trustpilot show that these issues have been ongoing since 2020, and possibly even longer. The program is unstable, and customer support is non-existent. It seems the most they will respond to is on Appsumo and I will let you draw your own reason on why.

I opened a support ticket on 4/22 which received an automated response asking for 24 hours. On the 26th, I requested and got an update. My follow-up on May 7th, 20th, 25th, and 29th were unanswered. At this point I requested a refund while still within AppSumo's 60-day guarantee window. I would have loved to use this service, but if they can't even so much as reply to a request for updates, how can I ever expect them to fix the problems?
