The tutorials need to provide better explanations and be more helpful for all levels of users.

1. Tutorials are important
This has proven to be one of the most frustrating aspects of this product. This is vital especially when finding your way around a new aspect such as an updated tool or feature. This needs to be clear and concise.

2. Quality
These tutorials often seems to be incomplete or lacking sufficient depth especially for anyone who may not be as familiar with the product or is limited on the amount of time they can spend going through the tutorials. This makes it difficult for both new and even experienced users.

3. Accessibility
The instructions aren't always particularly clear making it difficult to follow along. There seems to be a barrier at times. It could do with more detailed step-by-step visuals such as graphics and pictures could maybe help in this regard.

4. Suggestions
Maybe it could include some practical examples that are more beginner friendly. They may also need to be able to convey a more beginner friendly aspect, which would certainly make a huge difference.

5. UX impact
Due to these failings I had to spend a lot more time trying to set up even just the basics, and found various errors that impacted negatively when trying it out.

6. I am currently on tier 3 of this product, and did not refund in hope these outstanding issues can be ironed out in a timely manner.

7. As an investor I also have to consider the impact it will have on my users who may not have the user experience they expect from such a product, which would be disastrous for all concerned.

8. Products might inevitably have bugs and issues that need to be ironed but unless we are allowed to share our experiences of using products such as these then they may not realise their full capabilities.

You have removed your solution centre to track support requests. Then when support requests even of a very basic nature are made via your contact page you do not even acknowledge them let alone respond to the actual support request. Additional channels/radio stations can be created per account. Instead of this your site redirects to a page to make further payment.

I’ve enjoyed using this product, but the customer service makes it difficult to recommend. My issue is straightforward: I upgraded from tier 2 to tier 3 and have yet to see the corresponding updates on my platform. One shouldn’t have to wait an eternity for a response about something as straightforward as this. I’m giving this product a score of 2 because of this ongoing frustration.

I have to say, I skipped over this thing a few times thinking I would never use it. I now own Tier4 and am happy I did. I was drawn into something I never anticipated ever using. Adds something to my family of sites that others don't have. Thanks for this!

I bought the tier 2 because the sound quality is better than the tier 1. I have been using it for a week and it has worked well. As for support, I wrote to them via email and got a response after a few hours. Their online chat is not for solving technical problems so I recommend going directly to their email.

Finally took the plunge, after much debate, ordered, claimed and setup within minutes. Studio took a little while to populate, but now live and seems to be decent quality too,

Radiolize is a very stable and feature-rich radio automation tool. Compared to competitors, this is the most complete suite in that area I used yet. It also offers an extensive API. In addition, they offer high class support - I totally can recommend them and 5 tacos are well deserved!

I bought this back in 2023. To this date, despite many many emails between myself, Radiolize and AppSumo, this is yet to be activated. But look who came back. How about you deal with existing customers before trying to get more?

I should point out that AppSumo support are superstars! They've done everything they can from their end.

Be careful! This is a scam. Constant crashes (at server: s121.radiolize.com). Stream is very often offline. No contact with support, no refund.
They also did not change the url of my radio (at server: my5.radiolize.com), despite promises.
Please fix, then I will correct the review.

My station has been down for well over a month now. My station gets a "Slim Application Error" when I try to access my studio. I have reached out multiple times through the platform with support tickets as well as on here and have not gotten any answers. Loved the product and was just starting to stream live on it, so it's very disappointing that this issue is not being addressed. Sadly, can't recommend it.

I was unable to access my account and no one responded to my direct messages on their website. Wish I didn’t have to get it refunded.

Wow, what can I say? If your into creating your own internet radio station, this is a must!!!
The platform is very easy to use, and the stream is very reliable. I'm excited to start my own online radio station and plan to launch it in the UK in the next few months.
