I bought the tier 2 because the sound quality is better than the tier 1. I have been using it for a week and it has worked well. As for support, I wrote to them via email and got a response after a few hours. Their online chat is not for solving technical problems so I recommend going directly to their email.

Finally took the plunge, after much debate, ordered, claimed and setup within minutes. Studio took a little while to populate, but now live and seems to be decent quality too,

Radiolize is a very stable and feature-rich radio automation tool. Compared to competitors, this is the most complete suite in that area I used yet. It also offers an extensive API. In addition, they offer high class support - I totally can recommend them and 5 tacos are well deserved!

I bought this back in 2023. To this date, despite many many emails between myself, Radiolize and AppSumo, this is yet to be activated. But look who came back. How about you deal with existing customers before trying to get more?

I should point out that AppSumo support are superstars! They've done everything they can from their end.

Be careful! This is a scam. Constant crashes (at server: s121.radiolize.com). Stream is very often offline. No contact with support, no refund.
They also did not change the url of my radio (at server: my5.radiolize.com), despite promises.
Please fix, then I will correct the review.

My station has been down for well over a month now. My station gets a "Slim Application Error" when I try to access my studio. I have reached out multiple times through the platform with support tickets as well as on here and have not gotten any answers. Loved the product and was just starting to stream live on it, so it's very disappointing that this issue is not being addressed. Sadly, can't recommend it.

I was unable to access my account and no one responded to my direct messages on their website. Wish I didn’t have to get it refunded.

Wow, what can I say? If your into creating your own internet radio station, this is a must!!!
The platform is very easy to use, and the stream is very reliable. I'm excited to start my own online radio station and plan to launch it in the UK in the next few months.

I have known Radiolize for 3 years when I had a monthly account, and since I discovered it on Appsumo, I didn't waste a second in acquiring the lifetime deal. It's a robbery in broad daylight.

It’s a solid and robust platform for live streaming and pre-recorded material. Especially in times when everything is censored, this is a good option to get your message across loud and clear without restrictions.

Now more than ever, it is important to have a place where you can convey the message you want to your followers. I only regret that when I bought the LTD, I didn't have enough funds to acquire tier 3.

If Radiolize returns to Appsumo in the future, I will surely upgrade my account to the higher tier. Don’t miss this opportunity.

We will never know how long Twitter and Telegram will remain out of reach of cancel culture, so grab it before is too late.

I honestly don’t get why some folks are so quick to leave negative reviews.
I’ve been using this product for a while now, and it’s been nothing but smooth sailing for me.
Last year, I snagged two licenses from their offer, and both stations are working flawlessly. I’m so impressed that I’m ready to jump in and grab two more licenses! It’s great to see a product that really delivers on its promises.
What I really love about this offer is that it saves me from those high monthly fees. I’ve got my other older non-profit FM/online radio that hits me with a steep bill to keep the server running, and honestly, it’s a bit of a drag. But with this deal, I don’t have to worry about those costs piling up every month. I’d say jump on it before it disappears! If you’re into radio like I am, you won’t regret it.

My account was removed despite setting it up. Left a review regarding this, and it was removed.

The tutorials are not clear. Following the steps in the video I can't get my station up and running. I set my time zone, uploaded files, created my playlist, set the schedule, but nothing plays. Another issue is the tickets, I can only create one. When I try to send another one, it redirects me to another page. Another thing is the logins. After being connected for a long time, it logs me out and I have to log in again. I am waiting for a response from support to avoid a refund and to improve my rating.
