Start a newsletter without the usual hassles with SendFox
I've sent about 5 emails through SendFox so far, and I'm loving it. I love the simplicity of it. I love that I can get an email up and out in no time. I love a well-designed email; however, sometimes all of the options cause you to never send out your emails. Next, I'm going to get into the automation of everything and get those funnels set up. My website builder, Payhip, connects with it as well. That made the transition a no-brainer for me.
I really like SendFox — at least everything I’ve used so far. It’s easy to create lists and emails, gives me info instantly, and setting up the domain was super simple. I think the delivery rate is excellent.
The only thing I’d improve is adding ready-made templates for specific types of emails, like Gmail does. It would also be great to have boxes or layout options to better organize text and images, or even design versions optimized separately for mobile and desktop. On mobile, I noticed the image and text don’t align properly sometimes.
It would be amazing something to register UTM, for tracking users and all that things... But it's very very good like it is.
I wish we had more functions. Example why can't we edit our subscribers and add pictures?
Why is there only an Archive option and not a delete option for our lists?
What's good, AppSumo? My name is crazyjay.com, and I have been an avid user of SendFox since around 2020, maybe. It's been a long time. And I can say that I've used almost every other platform out there, whether it was MailerLite, SendGrid. I even use, uh, Amazon SES. There were so many different platforms that I use. And with, uh, SendFox, I'm able to get some really, really great results. My list is about 17,000 people, and I can send out an email, and my open rates are crazy, man. Like, I get open rates like 50... Uh, I would say 40 to 50% open rates every time I send out to my list. And then sometimes I might get lucky to even get as high, I've gotten as high as 80% opens. And, uh, I never did those, did that on the other platforms. It's really easy to set up, and, uh, the support that I've had from them over the years has been exceptional. So yeah, if you haven't tried SendFox, I would say give it a try. All right.
Sendfox has become a reliable tool for keeping my customers informed about the latest updates. The emails avoid the spam folder, and I can easily schedule the dispatches for a specific time.
A valuable added benefit that motivates me to stick with AppSumoPlus.
i've been using AppSumo originals for a lot of time. Great software
Sendfox is may fav
Nobody gives me support. This is useless. People can't subscribe from an embedded form, and I don't get any support from SendFox.
I bought a Level 4 Sendfox account a long time ago, and they removed my access to it. The worst part is that support hasn't given me any answers. I've been in touch with support for over a month, and to this day, they still haven't given me a solution. If the account is for life, I don't understand why Appsumo or Sendfox deleted my account and haven't given me a timely solution. I just hope they give me back access to my Level 4 Sendfox account.
My client's account got locked with a note saying to contact customer support.
Tried emailing the team at sendfox and appsumo but no response for over 2 weeks.
It doesn't look like live chat is working either.
As a company in the hospitality industry operating on a B2B model, our marketing efforts rely heavily on direct client relationships and personal data collection rather than website-driven subscriptions, since we do not deal directly with consumers.
However, your platform continues to flag our campaigns as if we are sending emails outside of a subscription list. To clarify, the contacts we uploaded are legitimate clients from our system and established business connections, not publicly sourced or cold outreach.
Another concern is the restriction on deliverability. When open rates are low, your system prevents emails from reaching newly added contacts and only sends to those who have previously engaged. For a B2B company like ours, this significantly limits the purpose of using your service. If new, valid business contacts cannot receive our emails, then the tool does not serve its intended function for us.
Given that we have used the system for less than one month, and considering these limitations make it unsuitable for our business needs, I would like to request a refund.
Please refund as soon as possible. Thank you.
The lifetime deal is incredible. But there is a HUGE Catch.
The Email delivery system is EXTREMELY SLOW.
I have an automation where people signup and they get a Freebie in the email. The double opt-in email gets delivered quickly but the automation email after that take between minutes to hours to be delivered.
I read the reviews about slow delivery and ignored them because I thought I just send emails in the low hundreds per month. But nope, unfortunately you get what you pay for.
Ps. Apologies for using all caps at places, but I found it necessary.
