I just hosted a webinar today, and it was an absolute disaster. 30 people couldn’t get in, and there was no communication, no notice—nothing. After two years of using this platform, I expected better.
To make matters worse, I just upgraded my account, and they took my money without delivering the service they promised. This is the first time I’ve felt truly wronged by a company.
I can’t believe a platform this established would fail on such a basic level. It’s honestly unacceptable.
