The GMB reports and SEO reports have proven to be completely unreliable - then when trying to contact support, the support interface is having issue with the attachments. Nothing is getting done about the problems.
To top it off the offer details list a high number of monthly credits and yet they implemented a very small search limit after we purchased so there is no way we could even use the credits - they told us to get our own API keys… not sure what we paid for in that case.
Further clarification, I am not talking about the distribution of the credits. We were told we can only perform five searches per day for GMB, which is not reasonable for thousands of credits.
