I just got my first testimonial today via SocialJuice. Works great and the dashboard is very easy to use. I also love the ability to customize.
I honestly don't have any negatives as I am very happy with my purchase.

Hello, I am generally satisfied with your product and most of its features. However, I have contacted you multiple times regarding several issues and have not received any response or acknowledgment from you to this day. I find this extremely uncustomer-friendly. Therefore, I am giving a current overall rating of 2 stars, as I believe that communication and accessibility are fundamental basics for a company in today's world. If I am heard and seen, I will update my rating to reflect the truly excellent product.
I have asked support questions several times. In particular, I wanted to know how I could translate certain fields into another language. Our customers don't speak English. No reply received. Instead, constant promotional emails about how the program is good. Unfortunately, there is not even a manual on how to use the program. A major weakness.
I still need to collect ratings from users. But the experience I've had for myself is phenomenal.
Unfortunately, for non-English speakers, this wonderful tool will be of no use to you. When I bought SocialJuice, I found it incredible that I could translate everything into French. But after a few tests, I realised that the 'privacy policy' part couldn't be translated or modified. I mentioned this problem in the Questions on AppSumo. The answer was very clear: "this will not be changed". I therefore warned that non-English speakers would NEVER sign a text in a foreign language that they didn't master. I added "would you sign a contract written in French?" and never got a reply. However, with competitors, everything can be changed (Bonjoro). It's a real shame not to take into account the opinions of foreign customers. I'll give the team a few more days to reconsider their position on this huge problem and will consider making a refund.
It's advertised as trasnalteable, but it isn't (completely).
Most of the fields and content is translateable, yes, but for example the terms and privacy policy parts, nor the final ("thank you") page, can not be translated.
Please fix, otherwise it's a very good platform, but the translation as a whole isn't quite working.
And a note for all future buyers: the translation feature isn't actually translation, it's rather replacing/overwriting text trings. You're not translating, your'e actually rewriting all texts and replacing them. You can't have two or more languages.
So far I'm really happy with the product. It has a lot of nice features like AI as well as different ways to display reviews. I'm hoping they add the ability to have more than one form per workspace because I'd like to be able to ask different questions to different groups of customers.
It's wonderfully simple. Clean and will be a sensation for my project.

I am an online marketing freelancer, and have been trying the tool for a couple of weeks, and it works great. It has some nice features like the AI-chatbot and some customizations options. Overall it works great (some little bugs here and there). This product has great potential for the future.
SocialJuice is a fantastic tool! It provides a very solid and GDPR-compliant solution for collecting video reviews from customers for your products/services..., and then automatically displaying them on your website - including Schema Markup integration!
The dashboard is also really well-designed!
Things that could still be improved:
- Reviews from other sources (e.g., Google My Business) should be able to be automatically and easily transferred - just like many other tools can... But that is supposedly already in the works, and I hope it comes soon...
- Possibly more customization options for the embedded widgets (maybe even through a CSS feature)
- You can manually translate the text on the review form - that's good! However, I would wish for a global translation feature so that you don't have to do it again for new forms...
But aside from that, it is already a great tool that I enjoy using and will happily recommend!
