Squirrly SEO: Your Path to SEO Success

I have finally found a proper SEO solution that is not hard use. Thanks to Appsumo and Squirrly for making this accessible to us

What an amazing piece of software. The ability to increase your SEO, keywords and overall footprint above your competition is second to none. Amazing company that keeps sharpening their tools. Thank you for an amazing piece of software with a LTD.

I saw it yesterday in the Appsumo newsletter.
Until yesterday i used YOAST.
But now, its a game changer.
Easy and really great to use. And for new users there are a lot of informations and helplinks.

If you use a pagebuilder,
And if you use custom fields to output your content via a custom post type (CPT), for case studies, services, service areas etc,
Then Squirrly SEO will NOT work for you.

The founder of Metabox estimates that ~60% of their userbase falls into the above category. Assuming the same for ACF, Jetengine etc, then that's millions of WordPress users who's content Squirrly SEO is ignoring.

Don't be fooled. It LOOKS like Squirrly is analysing your content, but it's only working on the template (and template preview while you work on it) rather than the actual custom post content.

As a result, not only does Squirrly SEO fail to analyse your content for your most important pages, it also encourages you to keep adding more and more of your SEO keyword, as it cannot see whether you've added it or not. AFAIK; repeatedly adding a the same keyword over and over again to a page is considered bad practice, and is penalised.

I have proven this to the Squirrly SEO team, and their answer is essentially that "nobody has complained about it yet, so it's not a problem".
So; an SEO plugin being unable to read content of millions of websites is "not a problem".
As I said before: Squirrly SEO LOOKS like it's working, because it's reading your template as you work on it. But it's NOT reading your custom post types and fields for content. Perhaps that's why they don't recieve support requests for it.

Squrrly SEO is great for people who only have 5 static pages, and don't output content via ACF/Metabox/Jetengine etc. It's almost completely useless for people who do though (~60% of CPT users)

Customer service has been responsive, but stubborn.
The software WOULD be great if it could read the content of your CPT site, but it can't, so it's not.

Try it yourself: check Squirrly's recommendations to add "X" keyword. Add that keyword to your CPT content that you output as content on the frontend. Check the recommendations again.
Has Squirrly seen your new content?
No.
Will it keep on advising you to add more of that keyword?
Yes.
Will you be penalised for keyword stuffing?
Possibly.
Have you wasted your time?
Definitely.

I've just got the deal, but it looks quite complete. I'm really looking fordward to getting the best of it. Just what i need.

Good all in one product for SEO. And LTD deal beats the Yoast.

Overall great product, love all the possibilities it brings to the table.
That said, I wrote a support question that still is unanswered 2 weeks later, which is very annoying to me honestly. Been using squirrly on my own in expert mode with no problem.

Perhaps if you are an SEO expert, this plugin will be effective for you. But the plugin is far too complex for the average user. While it clearly has useful functionality, I'd encourage the team to focus more on usability versus cramming in every last imaginable feature.

indeed a great product. improved my own and clients site ranking in just a few weeks.
i've switch from other plugins to using only squirrly.
i'm thinking for stacking up with new codes but have slight reserves.
just wanted to clarify.
isn't it better to have two separate tier 3 accounts instead of one tier 6 accounts?
for example, tier 3
100 focus pages/accounts
10 focus pages per site
900 keyword searches per month
900 audit suite pages per month
45,000 new keyword ideas per month
45,000 deep keyword searches per month
100 per day SERP cloud check ranking on-demand

For tier 6,
190 focus pages/accounts
40 focus pages per site
1,200 keyword searches per month
1,200 audit suite pages per month
60,000 new keyword ideas per month
60,000 deep keyword searches per month
100 per day SERP cloud check ranking on-demand

Except the focus pages per site (10 vs 40), i will get better overall limits if i have two separate tier 3 acounts. Or are the keyword searches, audit suite pages, new keyword ideas, deep keyword searches, serp cloud check ranking per site, or per account?

I bought it during the previous deal. Hadn't touched it, now I have since I saw it back on appsumo and I was looking for a new SEO solution that could unburden SEO. There is no stable design which makes it difficult for me to do a proper evaluation. Therefore it is very difficult to digest how the developer wants me to do the SEO. I recommend hiring a UX/UI designer to redo everything. Apart from that, the focus pages are nice so I'm giving it 4 stars.
