When I purchased this product, it was explicitly advertised and sold as a "whitelabel" solution. At the time, it was indeed possible to achieve a truly unbranded experience. However, the developers have since

added their branding back into the product, including critical cloud-based components that are impossible to hide. This isn't "co-branding" as they now claim in their disingenuous response; it's a bait-and-switch. They changed the terms
