Was really hoping for a decent RPA product, but this was filled with bugs - from simple inconsistencies to app-breaking bugs. It's clearly overhyped, but kudos for the marketing effort. What should have been an easy simple workflow to produce in this tool left me confused and without a functional result after spending many hours watching video tutorials and experimenting with the product. The interface is non-intuitive and in some cases unnecessarily repetitive. There are some ways where the product lives up to its full potential such as element selection within HTML, but overall, it was a complete disappointment.
