Here is the use case I have had and how TaskMagic worked for within the scope of the use case.
Scrape the first result of a Google page with information from a Google sheet.
They go over how to scrape using google sheets here: https://help.taskmagic.com/help-center/s5FiF82Lv6xeJADe7k8pss/getting-started-with-automation-logic-how-to-think/jGisaZbaupaAvpoX1BuS9q
The actual implementation was hit or miss- on some runs it would refuse to read from Google Sheets. On others it would be able to read from Google sheets. This quickly got annoying because the whole point of this type of automation product is that I can leave it to work it's magic.
There are a few ease of use issues as well. For example, I want TM to search only for @var1 @var2 site:instagram.com . When I record the in the browser recorder, I have to manually type out Goldfish electronica site:instagram.com, then go and change the variables afterwards to be @var1 and @var2. I have to always remember to send out to google sheets and create a new google sheet for variables to write to (otherwise it appends to end of the first column)
For now, I am using ZeroWork, which has been much more reliable than TaskMagic. I hope that TM will be able to work eventually, but for now, it's been pretty disappointing.
This review is not to criticize TM, just to give other buyer's/potential buyers a real understanding of the product when making a purchasing decision.
