What AppSumo did well:
TidyCal is intuitive and user-friendly. I was able to set up a single account, connect my calendars, and set up booking types with ease. I had it all done in about an hour. I’ve tried several scheduling apps and TidyCal was by far the easiest.
What AppSumo could do better:
Onboarding instructions could be much more clear and concise, particularly for teams and multiple accounts.
Suggestions:
Clearly state on the “Plans” page that each teammate must purchase a separate TidyCal account. Once in the teams settings page, clearly state that each teammate must purchase a separate TidyCal account.
I’ve had to send between 5 and 10 emails to your support team and I lost 5 days of production because these items were not clearly stated up front.
