I was truly looking forward to relying heavily on this software. I decided to purchase the highest tier, which was worth a little over $1,000.

However, I soon realized that I may have purchased more than I needed, given that the size and scale of my current operation is more modest than I originally thought. Because of this, I decided to downgrade from tier 6 to tier 5.

After I did this, TruConversion decided to delete my entire account without any hesitation. This means that I have been scammed out of $700 of my hard-earned money. This is actually quite painful, given the fact that I am not merely a freelancing business owner but also a college student trying to make ends meet.

I invested in this software because I truly believed in its potential, and frankly, I still do. But the fact that they have chosen to delete my $700 account feels really painful. I don't think that I deserve this treatment. And their customer service is incredibly unhelpful too. AppSumo is doubly unhelpful.

I hope that somebody gives me my $700 back. This is insane.
