URL Monitor

It's a very early review so I might change it later on but in 2 days URL monitor was able to index most of our pages to Search Console with 1 click. Quite impressive. The only thing that worries me is that I had to give the access as "owner" why we can't give them an "admin" access instead? Will see how we go in next coming days..
