Overall, the product is good, however, I can only give it 1 taco because of the poor treatment of AppSumo customers. I've noticed that the highest Tier 5 we purchased on AppSumo is equivalent to the Slayer Plan on your website, but buying through AppSumo comes with significant disadvantages due to sales restrictions compared to purchasing directly from your site. I understand that selling via a SaaS platform may not be as profitable for you, but it’s important to build trust with customers on AppSumo. Unfortunately, we are paying the same price but receiving fewer benefits due to these restrictions. So sad.
