Automate Your Social Media Marketing Effortlessly
I bought and redeemed the 3 codes, however software doesn't have the agency plan as expressly stated with the client dashboard, custom domain or the branded reports etc. My profile is on a "special" plan not an agency plan which is concerning longterm as the ad states 3 codes will update with agency plan. All 3 codes are definitely redeemed, evidenced by the fact that I can create unlimited workspaces, but I can see no agency functionality. Support has been contacted (19/11/23). On an additional point I don't think the 10 curate articles are very high for agency (granted i knew this in advance but didn't actually realise they may be the best bit of this LTD). Social accounts are limited - (no tiktok, pinterest etc so couldn't move entirely over). Otherwise its easy to use and the curate functionality is a great add-on, even if simply used as a category article browser. Just need to get the agency aspect working to check the client side! Would be 4 stars if agency actually transpired and 5 stars if they added tiktok etc or added more curate than 10. Potentially very useful.
Sure, there's some quirks with the UX, the AI could be better at grabbing the relevant quotes (i end up going thru and deleting 2-3 of the 20 per post) - BUT, this tool does a lot of stuff for me and the price is totally worth it for any tier. I got max tier and can offer this to a few select clients that need it. Missinglettr has led to direct growth of mine and my own clients' businesses, just from having decent drip campaigns that include punchy headlines, some emojis, and relevant hastags.
Bought three codes after reading a ton of detailed, negative reviews. A shoutout to all of you that posted a detailed analysis of Missinglettr bugs and flaws. It gave me an idea of what to expect. Successfully linked social accounts and tested the features. The UI/UX and dashboard structure is outstanding. I like the fact that social accounts can be created during the connection workflow itself. The settings and workflow options are a dream. I have three non-profits, two corporate and one personal account, each with multiple social accounts to manage. It was becoming a nightmare. Enter Missinglettr and I actually created new social accounts because of how the app is configured. The pain point for me was multiple blogs with great posts becoming yesterday's story. Reviving old posts with re-purposing is still a lot of work. Missinglettr takes care of it with AI-assisted drip campaigns and the posts will now never get old/forgotten. As a content artist that works with images, text and video, Missinglettr is the marketing assistant that I never had until now.
For me the tool works great in every aspect. It is just a bummer that it does not support a lot of social media platforms yet.
The biggest downside for me is the lack of speed on the platform. It is super slow, like SUPER slow.
Other platforms don't have those issues but oh well.
Other then that, the platform works flawless, intuitive and it saves me a lot of time.
The "previews" that are automatically made can be better, but I am sure they will improve this in time.
I would highly recommend this tool to anyone who is looking to post regularly to Social media without manually doing it.
I just hope they will increase the speed (by a LOT lol).
Keep up the good work guys, great product!
I haven't found another social planner that does some of the things Missingltr does, so I came back. I had actually asked for a refund a month ago.
I had returned the product out of frustration. They don't currently have a good system that keeps track of the specific profile accounts with issues so, I get asked to do the same things over again, even after explaining all that has already been done. What could be done in a day goes into weeks, really for no good reason.
At least for me, it has issues connecting to Instagram and Facebook Groups. Somehow they are able to push some setting manually and then the Instagram account works. They have only done one account so far but the other account was working when I first signed up with them and it worked magically after asking about it. So, I have to keep asking to eventually get all account profiles to work. It is as though they've outsourced the IT department and that group only help with one profile at a time, to drag out their hours? idk.
It has truly been a terrible experience so far when it comes to resolving posting issues, especially when you know it should work like all the other, same type of profile set up exactly the same way. For comparison, all profiles work flawlessly when set up in Vista Social but like I said, Missingltr has features Vista Social does not yet do.
The service, for what it does overall, is excellent to have. It is really so nice to have the blogs and videos campaigned out for a whole year, or have a 2 week campaign for a workshop. I do appreciate the application and will continue to work with the business. Just know that it is what it is right now.
Its all good actually. but i feel like the curate part has not enough content on what I need. aside from that, its all good.
It has promise but it just buggy and slow to respond. I press drop downs and it just sort of does what it wants to do.
Pause a Program = Delete a Program
Set Default to something diffreent = Stays at preset Default
It just goes on and on. About 50% of it works, but you don't what 50% as it changes.
Wasted several hours and refunding after a day..
TL;DR
Missinglettr is missing more than a lettr:
-No user support whatsoever
-Features do not work as advertised or listed
-Workspaces do not work
-Does not work with more than two social media accounts
-Google fonts does not work at all
-Missing ability to schedule the same post more than once

As a noob in SMM&M, I was hoping that I would find an easy-to-use and inexpensive start to the new area of my computer business.
It promises multiple workspaces, with up to 50 social media accounts when the three license tier is purchased.
I tested it out with one of my clients - only a Facebook page and their Google Profile were being posted to - and it went well.
THAT'S THE ONLY WORKSPACE THAT WORKS!
I set up additional workspaces - some with two social media accounts and others with up to five. Some are for other clients and some are for my other endeavours including an eBay store with
NONE OF THE OTHER WORKSPACES SEND OUT SOCIAL MEDIA OR OTHER POSTINGS.
Everyday there is a RED dot in the top right indicating an error has occurred. This is across every single other workspace and social media account.
Rescheduling does NOTHING to alleviate or correct the issues.
Deleting and setting up the workspace again AND all the accounts again does not fix it.
The backend of this product is not working. This is a HUGE ISSUE!!
There lacks any feature to post the same item multiple times across the month. I have to MANUALLY copy and past each entry into the scheduler, then MANUALLY UPLOAD AND ADD THE GRAPHICS EACH TIME.
Now the REALLY bad news:
Tech support responds once every three weeks- IF I am lucky. My message from 9/4/23 is still unresolved, it's been a month.
The next response is the generic from about a week ago: "Hi there, I've sent a message to the team so they could look into it again, sorry about this. I'll get back to you as soon as I get a reply from them"
There is zero support for their issues. Their Facebook group is ignored, others have reported similar issues and the company ignores us all.
At this point, I am downgrading and getting a refund on at least two of the licenses.
While the owners might respond to a review, and that's the only place you might see some support or reponse, it's an "empty suit" with ZERO action taken to remedy the multiple issues.
The Missinglettr program promises to simplify boosting your social media presence, but it seems to be an unfulfilled promise. Using this platform has been so disappointing that it leaves only a negative impression.
First and foremost, the program's functionality operates with significant shortcomings. It was expected that artificial intelligence would help automate the creation of social media posts, but the results leave much to be desired. The generated content often looks unprofessional and unattractive, which will likely impact your online reputation.
Furthermore, the customer support promised by Missinglettr is entirely nonexistent. Despite the company's assurances, obtaining assistance or resolving issues is practically impossible. This creates the impression that the developers are uninterested in satisfying their customers' needs and ignore their requests.
Overall, the impression of Missinglettr is that you have spent your money and time on a program that fails to meet your expectations and leaves you without any support or help. The company appears to be an overblown millennial bubble project, and finding alternative tools to enhance your social media activity would likely be a better solution.
My account just got canceled without being even noticed. I will ask for a refund and never come back to this tool. Good luck with your business, I do not recommend it at all
The tool is pretty easy to use, basically you are only required to follow 2 steps to use it (if you already have the habit of writing):
1) Connect your social media to it (Twitter, Linkedin, medium, and any other media that you are going to write something)
2) Wait for the magic
Today I published one article on Medium and after 5 minutes (yes! 5 minutes!) it created a campaign based on the content of the article with lots of suggested posts like "tweeting" scheduled for 1 year! (Of course, I had to review it and press one "ok, I wrote that" button to start the campaign).
So, if you intend to be a content writer, in my opinion, it's worth it!
I hesitated about getting this because I do have other tools. However after a free trial decided it was just too good to pass up and it complements my other tools (who dropped the twitter integration recently). I agree with previous reviewer (sorry can’t see their name now) who said it is a great tool for those who understand how to use it. The curate section is a bonus. I actually find it easy to use. Also my code didn’t get applied and it was sorted out very quickly by support. I look forward to seeing how this tool continues to evolve.
