Nifty is a comprehensive project management platform designed to streamline and unify the various tools and workflows that teams often juggle. The primary goal of Nifty is to provide a single, intuitive hub where teams can manage all aspects of their projects - from setting high-level goals and timelines, to collaborating on daily tasks, to establishing a central knowledge base for documents and discussions. Nifty recognizes that modern teams often find themselves switching between multiple apps and tools to get their work done, which can lead to fragmented information, poor visibility, and difficulty aligning on priorities. To solve this, Nifty brings together features like Roadmaps, Tasks, Discussions, Docs, Forms, and Reporting into one unified platform. This allows teams to plan, track, and communicate on all project-related work without having to constantly toggle between different applications. Nifty's target audience includes a wide range of teams, from engineering and product to sales and marketing. Regardless of the specific use case, Nifty aims to empower teams to be more productive, aligned, and informed by providing the tools they need to manage projects end-to-end in one centralized location. Key features like custom workflows, real-time progress tracking, and robust reporting help teams stay on top of their work and make better data-driven decisions. Overall, Nifty is positioned as the ultimate 'project management OS' - a single, powerful platform that can replace the fragmented toolset that many teams currently rely on. By consolidating core project management capabilities into one intuitive interface, Nifty aims to help teams of all kinds work more efficiently, collaboratively, and strategically.

Nifty has been a game-changer for organizing my tasks and projects.
As a background, I used ClickUp a lot before it became too buggy and then moved to Notion and while Notion was great for organizing my thoughts and plans, it was lacking a lot for planning and tasks. Before Nifty, I had to use Google Tasks which just makes my calendar unreadable.
With Nifty, creating and organizing tasks takes seconds, adding documents is seamless, whether through Google files or the built-in doc editor. The Portfolios feature helps me keep content well-organized, and the drag-and-drop functionality is intuitive.
The iOS and Windows apps sync instantaneously, making it easy to access my work from anywhere. The multiple navigation options feel natural and actually make sense.
Pros:
Easy task and project organization
Seamless document integration
Effective Portfolios feature
Intuitive drag-and-drop
Reliable apps with instant syncing
Natural workflow
Cons:
Inability to view Google Docs and Sheets within the apps without public sharing (works great in the browser)
Lack of a table view with column calculations
Overall Experience:
Nifty is exactly what I needed to get organized and can't recommend it highly enough.
Really great project management app for my small marketing agency.
It actually does everything that I need, track projects, inbuilt "slack-like" communication feature which is neat... Time tracking if you need it and endless intergrations with my automation tools.
I bought NIfty on a whim a while ago and didn't use it for 6 months because it was a bit intimidating since it does SO MUCH.
I finally onboarded Nifty with my team and business and I"M SO GLAD I DID. Nifty is clean, intuitive, helpful, and the very few times we've needed support, they've gotten back to us quick.
Awesome.
Nifty.pm has been a game-changer for our team of 20+ at Bedrock SEO, as well as our 12+ clients. After our struggles with Trello and ClickUp, Nifty.pm swept in and revolutionized our workflow, making us exponentially more organized and productive.
Here's what we love about Nifty:
Forms: The paid upgrade for forms is an absolute must-have. It's streamlined our data collection process beyond our wildest dreams.
Automation: This single feature has saved us countless hours on tedious tasks, allowing us to focus on the work that truly matters.
Collaboration: Nifty.pm has taken our teamwork to new heights. Communication, idea-sharing, and project execution have never been smoother.
Chat: Think WhatsApp on steroids. Private and group chats, voice notes, attachments, and even tasks integrated directly into conversations.
Nifty is not perfect. The email integration could be improved, and we've experienced the occasional missed notification, which ClickUp seemed to handle a bit better. But these minor inconveniences pale in comparison to the incredible benefits Nifty.pm has brought to our team.
Simply put, Nifty.pm has become the backbone of our daily operations at Bedrock SEO. It keeps us organized, efficient, and most importantly, sane.
I've bought a couple of project management tools (on Appsumo, and other sites), but never found one that completely satisfied my needs. Until I found nifty. Nifty has some awesome features, and now it's my daily tool for project management. Saw some users complaining about support. I have to say, that I haven't used it yet, so nothing to say about that.
I recently purchased Nifty as my project management tool, and overall, I'm impressed. It's user-friendly, offers great collaboration features, and keeps everything organized. However, there was a surprising omission: forms.
For a lifetime deal (LTD) purchase, the lack of forms was a bit of a shock. While Nifty is a strong tool, forms are a crucial functionality for many projects. Having to integrate a separate form builder or use workarounds feels unnecessary.
Nifty then surprised me again with the cost for adding forms. Upgrading to a plan that includes them felt quite expensive for what seems like a core feature.
Here's the breakdown:
Nifty's Strengths:
1.User-friendly interface
2.Excellent collaboration features
3 Keeps projects well-organized
The Missing Piece:
No built-in forms in the LTD or any basic form of forms :)
Price Point:
Adding forms requires a significant price jump
Overall, Nifty is a great project management tool, but the lack of forms in the LTD and the high cost to add them are drawbacks. If forms are essential for your workflow, consider this before purchasing.
I would recommend Nifty to users who prioritize a user-friendly interface and strong collaboration features, but be aware of the limitations regarding forms. It might be worth exploring other options if necessary.
I have 15 + years of experience with project management software, from opensource to AI stuff etc. I disagree with some reviews that describe this as the best PM tool on the market. There are at least a couple others (not on AppSumo) that are much better and more efficient. The one I use for a big project has everything Nifty has and much more. However, the price of this other PM too is really quite steep.
With Nifty you get something that's 100% professional, for an unbeatable price, with a lot of stuff thrown in at no additional expense. I particularly like custom project fields with various types (budget, dropdown, number, URL, email, location, currency, checkbox, date, formula, user). You also get task automation,. Recurring tasks, time tracker, multiple tags, documents (simple markdown but useful), files, chat, connection to google drive, onedrive, github, gitlab, zoom... There are so many useful functions, for instance sharing tasks as a public link. And it's multilingual. Also regarding members, you can add as many guests as needed, they don't count as members. Some reviews have mentioned difficulty with support, I did not have to use support at any point in time because everything is rather clear and easy to use, if you read the manual.
As other as said the UX could be streamlined/polished. For instance, recurring tasks are a bit complicated to use, custom fields are not displayed nicely in the task itself, subtasks are too basic . For me, some concepts were a bit difficult to grasp initially (hello portfolio!) Also the "formula" system is too basic, you can't create a complex formula which would be awesome, Automation is a bit limited too, moving a task to another list/project takes too long. Also, the mobile app is not available when you are offline which is unfortunate when you are aboard a plane without wifi or in a remote place. I feel that this should be addressed because when you are mobile it often happens you get to internet access for a moment. Other PM software have offline app working fine. Finally, I regret that users without gmail or microsoft account can't be invited as guests .
In conclusion you can't go wrong with Nifty. The software value is immense considering the deal price. It's more than a bargain - it's steal.
This app is amazing has a lot of admin control and functionalities and most of all it looks so straight forward and easy to use! do not hesitate
Daily heavy user, both in small team and medium sized team settings.
This is the best project, task and team collaboration software available. I have tried them all, and this is the only one that ticks all the boxes (Example: ClickUp is great, but they don't offer Direct Messages, LOL WTF!)
That being said, it still needs a little work.
For example, the images in chat are a little wonky. Video previews are non existent, just an icon that say "MP4" for example. GIF's shouldn't send as soon as you click them. This is a workspace app, that can get people into trouble. The mobile apps are a little buggy, again with the gif integration, you can't scroll back to the top once you start scrolling. Notifications are a total mystery and really difficult for users to get right. Harvest integration is really bad on mobile, and just 'ok' on desktop.
Also, forms should be included at $99 starting LTD. The price for the add-on is ridiculous per month for just that one single add-on ($20/mo?!)
There are many other UI quirks that drive me crazy, but again, at the end of the day, it's the only one that multiple teams I manage have adopted. Despite a laundry list of little things I wish were different, there is an even bigger list of things that they do really well.
I love the app, but the team disappointed me. The first time they were on AppSumo, I bought 3 codes, each for three members. I used 1 in one workspace and the other 2 in another workspace (I believe this was before the option to link workspaces existed). In the end, I only needed 1 to manage all the projects, so I contacted someone from support to ask if deleting the account would free up the codes and make them available again, like suitedash does. They said yes (unfortunately, I didn’t have the habit of taking screenshots back then). But what a surprise when I tried to activate them and was told they had already been redeemed… I wrote to them several times, even through AppSumo, but their response was that they couldn’t do anything, and as a courtesy, they would only sell me the codes again… It’s clear they can do something if they care, they took my money, and I don’t have access to a “lifetime” tool that I bought. If they were customer-oriented, they would say, “Well, we’ll give you one of the two,” which would have been fine. It would have been better for me to leave that account inactive, my mistake for trusting their customer service.
Greatest tool if they add forms il the LTD
Need to see the road map too if they kindly reveal it and give us the possibility to vote the future features on the road map.
This is hands down one of the best purchases I've made on AS. It's also one of the best project managers there is. I use this daily to help me organise my biz and stay on track and to be honest I haven't even used most of the features!
Just get it
